The school climate is the organic whole which is composed of climateof leadership, teacher climate, student climate, and organizational cultureand so on, it is involved in all aspects of systems engineering, and reflectsthe spirit of the school as a whole and the school tradition and ideas.Theschool climate construction is the core of the school culture construction, isthe key of the sustainable development of the school. At present, under thenew situation of adhering to the priority to the development of educationand the full implementation of quality education, middle school faces thegood opportunity of development. In the great catch of hardwareconstruction, at the same time, emphasizing to pay special attention to thesoft environment construction, including the fine school climate, it has veryimportant practical significance to do a good job in middle schools in ourcountry. Many middle schools take various measures; make efforts to form agood school climate. By strengthening the construction of school spirit,construct a harmonious campus, optimize the educational environment,improve the teaching quality of education and the teachers’ quality, andcultivate moral, intellectual, physical all-round development of qualifiedpersonnel. In addition, there are a lot of middle schools making efforts tocreate first-class schools by building good school climate. Because thefirst-class schools’ climate decides on the form and direction of first-classschools, and it also decides on the survival, development, prospects andprestige of them. We see clearly, however, due to the effect of internationalcultures and the impact of the domestic market economy, some unhealthypractices in society within different degrees exist in middle schools, somebad thoughts affect the educational function of campus environment, destroythe campus environment, the school climate construction is also tested.In recent years, Wuhai No.3Middle School has strengthened themanagement work strictly, actively promotes quality education and newcurriculum reform experiment and the personnel system reform, optimizesthe combination of the rational allocation of resources and personnel, its education teaching quality increases year by year, it has enjoyed highvisibility and reputation in society. These achievements profit from the goodschool climate which is the role of the core driving. As a municipal famousschool, if Wuhai No.3Middle School wants to gain a foothold in education,cast its own high-quality education brand, truly become a first-class school,it has to strengthen management, restore image, and create the first-classschool climate. At present, due to various factors, the school education alsohas problems of one kind or another. School climate construction andquality education to the requirements of the school climate is still far. Thereis no doubt the school education must be improved gradually in accordancewith the requirements and direction of the historical development. Therefore,in the school developing important period, problem analysis andcountermeasures research on the school climate construction become a veryurgent task.In view of the above, the author has carried on the investigation andanalyzed and researched by using the literature material method, theoreticalmethod, field survey and interviews on situation of the school climateconstruction and existing problems of Wuhai No.3Middle School, and madeconstructive ideas. Also made meaningful thoughts in several aspects suchas guiding ideology, objectives, basic principles of the school climateconstruction, working mechanism, the traditions, strengthening publicityand education, and vigorously promoting the leadership climate, theconstruction of teacher climate, cultivating good climate of students. Andput forward the related countermeasure and method, provided certainreference and meaningful ways for the school climate construction. Theauthor believes that this research is to provide assistance to middle schoolclimate construction, is of great significance to strengthen the constructionof school climate, improve the teaching quality of education, and promotethe school reform and development in the new period.
