To encourage students to study hard and form a good climate of study is the key to improve the quality of education. The construction of school climate of study has always been the focus of academic circles. Many studies have shown that the climate of teaching has a very important impact on the climate of study, students, schools, families and society and other factors will also have a certain impact on the climate of study.Research on the factors affecting the climate of study in rural schools can deeply analyze the basic situation of the climate of study in rural schools, which is conducive to cultivating a good climate of study in rural schools, creating a good campus cultural atmosphere, giving play to the dominant position of teachers and students, stimulating the vitality of rural schools, and playing a positive role in improving the quality of education.Through literature reading,it is found that the previous research on the climate of study focuses on the simple descriptive analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the climate of study, while the in-depth research on the influencing factors of the climate of study in rural schools is relatively insufficient.Based on this, this paper focuses on the core issue of "which factors significantly affect the climate of study in rural schools".Based on the social ecosystem theory, open system theory and organizational climate theory, this paper constructs the research framework of the influencing factors of the climate of study in rural schools. The research divides the climate of study into two dimensions: Students' psychology and students' behavior, and comprehensively considers five factors that affect the climate of study in rural schools, including individual factors, teachers' factors, school factors, family factors and social factors.By using the methods of questionnaire survey, interview survey, literature research and observation,639 students in rural schools of compulsory education in two cities of X province were selected for the study, and some students and teachers were interviewed. This paper studies the current situation and influencing factors of the climate of study in rural schools. This paper mainly uses multiple linear regression analysis to explore how various factors affect the climate of study in rural schools, and uses path analysis and mediating effect test to explore the specific path of influencing the climate of study in rural schools.Research conclusion: the overall situation of study climate in rural schools is good, with an average of 3.854,but there are still some problems, such as students' low interest and initiative in learning, students' general learning habits, discipline and methods. There are significant differences in the climate of study in grades and family economic status. The climate of study in primary school is better than that in junior middle school, and the climate of study is better when the family economy is better. In addition, further analysis of the influencing factors found that students' individual factors had a greater impact on the climate of study. The standardized regression coefficients of individual learning persistence and individual learning habits were 0.207 and 0.091,respectively.Teachers' factors have a direct impact on the climate of study, and the standardized regression coefficient of teachers' teaching level is 0.205,which has a greater impact. In addition, family parent-child relationship, reasonable school rules and regulations and students' Internet use have significant positive predictive effect on the climate of study in rural schools, while role models have significant negative predictive effect on the climate of study in rural schools. The specific path of the influence of various factors on the climate of study is as follows: first, family factors affect the teacher factors, and then affect the individual factors;Secondly, family factors affect teachers' factors, then individual factors, and then the climate of study in rural schools;Third, family factors act on individual factors, and then affect the style of study in rural schools;Fourth, teachers' factors act on individual factors, and then affect the climate of study in rural schools;Fifthly, family factors act on Teachers' factors, and then affect the climate of study in rural schools. Finally, social factors play a moderating role in the relationship between family factors and teacher factors, and between family factors and individual factors.First, the government and schools should cultivate students' learning quality and form "growth" learning ability.Second, the government and schools should improve the teaching level of teachers and create "attractive" classroom.Third, parents should build a harmonious parent-child relationship and form a "supportive" family environment.Fourth, the school should improve the rules and regulations and create a "service" campus environment.Fifthly, the society should pay attention to the guidance of values and form a "positive energy" social environment in order to provide beneficial reference for strengthening the construction of study climate in rural schools.
