On Complete Socialized Trusting Mode Of Logistics In Ordos College, Inner Mongolia University

Based on former research findings and the realities of colleges in Ordos,this thesis paper focuses on the socialized trusting mode of logistic in OrdosCollege of Inner Mongolia University. Document research, field study,interview, contrastive analysis, case study and typical case analysis are allused in this thesis. Guided with management theories and scientific theories,directed by multi-knowledge of management, sociology, mathematics andstatistics, the thesis has a multi-subject, multi-angle, systematic and deepresearch which involves different aspects from points to sides, from theoriesto practices, from individual to university and from phenomena to nature. Thethesis analyzes the experiences of Ordos College of Inner MongoliaUniversity and put forward a new attempt to socialize college logistics inOrdos, namely, Based on local college’s realities and the present situation,considering education and market harmoniously, the mode involves excellententerprises providing all-round services to college, relative governmentbranches and college sections monitoring so as to run smoothly and developcontinuously.The thesis first analyzes the complete socialized trusting mode of logisticin Ordos College of Inner Mongolia University, then compares differenttrusting logistic modes in colleges of Ordos in their problems, causes a as wellas solutions, and finally come to the conclusion: The thoroughly socializedtrusting mode of college logistic adopted by Ordos College of Inner MongoliaUniversity is an original and complete reform which is suitable to localcolleges in Ordos. A new service system satisfied to the colleges in Ordoswould be built on the mode in the long run.The all-round trusting mode of college logistic in this thesis matches thelocal colleges. The mode is a reference to a college who has a small service staff without businesses but a supportive government is available. It is alsotheoretically helpful to colleges who want to have partial socialization of theirlogistic. This thesis will enrich the theory on socialized college logistics andpave ways to the similar universities and colleges in their reform. The thesiswould also help college logistic monitors broaden their thoughts and directtheir practices to strengthen the support and service for the teaching andresearch in college.
