Research On Socialization And Management Innovation Of University Logistic

Following the economic channel-change of our country, the socialized reform of university logistics enters key period, and institutional environments become reform's focuses. This thesis begin with the argument about the meaning of university logistics socialization, and based on property rights theory , transaction cost theory and principal-agent theory of new institution economic theories to analyze that the reform of property rights is basic and we should return to focus on it. It point out that we should set up distinct property relations and introduce to the competition mechanism of the market, then, establish corporate governance configuration focusing on modern enterprise institution system.Finally, on the basis of theoretical research, this text expound that how to establish shareholding system to realize multi-property rights in the university logistics, and how to introduce the competition mechanism of the market from two sides of macroscopic and microcosmic.
