The ultimate goal of school education is cultivating qualified and outstanding people. The key in cultivating talent rests in teacher. Building teachers’team is the basic job of a school, and also ranks the top priority in a school’s job. Building teachers’team is the principal’s responsibility and also the responsibility of education authorities at all levels, as well as the responsibility of governments at all levels. Looking at the status quo of Linhe District teachers’team building from three levels, holistic feeling is something is lacking, whichis mainly reflected I"three shortage":being short of the long-term integrated planning for the whole area-oriented teachers’ team building, being short of relevant policy-systems beneficial to whole teachers which are issued by Linhe district, being short of incentive evaluation system. Thus, this thesis is intended to discover problems and propose suggestions by surveying and studying teachers’team building status quo in Linhe district affiliated elementary school, and do a pygmy effort for urging relevant authorities and schools to put further forward the building of teachers’team.This topic mainly studies elementary school’teachers directly affiliated to Linhe district. People always consider that teachers working in schools directly affiliated to Linhe district enjoy more superiority than those teachers working in rural schools and special school, which is of actually not true. Teachers working in schools directly affiliated to Linhe district face higher standard and stricter requirements imposed on them by society, pupils’parents and schools, and they are under far more workload and stress than those teachers working in rural schools and special school, thus many teachers would suffer from physical and mental problems without any targeted measures to solve it. This is why this thesis chose this group of teachers as my study subject. Through surveying and analyzing its status quo, call for the whole society to help solving this prominent problem.Using specific schools directly affiliated to Linhe district as examples, this topic employs the means of combination of distributing questionnaires and interview to survey and analyze the aspects of teachers’mental health, work stress, work satisfaction and professional development, so as to reveal some problems, such as teachers above40being less healthy physically, with serious somatization symptom and low sleep quality; some teachers having obvious psychological problems like obsession and anxiety, with some very serious; structural disequilibrium of teachers’team; dissatisfaction of male teachers to their self-realization and salary, etc. Faced with these problems, this thesis proposes some suggestions, such as implementing "Sunshine Fitness" project,"regular circulation system for teachers", trial implementing the ASFTS (Appointing System for Technical Specialty) combining "separationand unity of evaluation and employment", etc.The building of teachers’team plays a fundamental role in education development and quality promotion. As long as all concerned people face up to the problems, find accurate measures and take active actions, the goal of "strengthening the district by improving education" will be achieved soon.
