The Current Status, Problems And Countermeasures Of Teaching Team Building Work In Primary School In Dongsheng District Of Ordos

Teaching team serves as an important platform to improve the "two teachings"-teachers’ quality and teaching level. To conduct in-depth study and promote the construction of teaching team could present and solve some tricky issues in the process of fully integrating education resources; bring into full play of the star teacher’s leading role; fundamentally promote teachers’ professional growth and development, and finally serve students.At present, the teaching team building work in primary school in Dongsheng district of Ordos is in its development stage, without much results available. The existing few studies are just theoretical discussions, the in-depth investigations and studies are scarce. As to the research of how to share resources with different types of teaching team remains to be further expanded.The current study, based on the theories of management science, pedagogy, psychology, applying the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey to explore the characteristics of Ordos primary school teaching team and theoretical basis, analyze the connotation, components, characteristics., significance. Study the feasibility and strategies of Ordos primary school teaching team building The research falls into four parts:The first part "introduction", mainly narrates the selected topic background and research significance of this study, discuss the connotation, components, and characteristics of strong teaching teams.is the implication, significance and content serves as the basic issue in this study.The second part is about "the current status of teaching team building in primary school in Dongsheng district of Ordos. Through the questionnaire survey on the current situation of primary school teaching team in Dongsheng district, Ordos on this basis, points out the existing problems, and the reason for parsing.The third part is to analyze the reasons of the existing problem in primary school teaching team building in Dongsheng district of Ordos and clarify thoughts, provide a basis to solve it thoroughly.The fourth part provides the strategies to promote the sound operation of primary school teaching team building in Dongsheng district of Ordos, deal with this issue from the following four aspects, that is " school create sound environment, set up common prospect and goal; strengthen system construction, improve appraisal and evaluation; organize modest-sized, well-constructed teaching team; nurture teamwork spirit" With the deepening of the teaching team research, research on primary school teaching team building will move forward further more.. The current research is committed to start a discussion in this regard to promote the improvement and development of the primary school teachers’ overall quality.
