Study On The Design And Application Of Teaching And Learning Plan

The new curriculum reform shall be student-oriented, translate the form of teaching and cultivate students' frontier spirits and practical abilities. Classroom instruction is the main position for education and teaching as well as the principal channel for cultivating students' abilities. Instructional design is a kind of arrangement or planning made for classroom instruction beforehand. Fine instructional design before class can optimize our effectiveness of instruction and assist students with learning-to-learn.Teaching and studying plan recommended in this paper is reflective thinking and improvement during the application of guided learning plan and is a kind of teaching model put forward according to the recent theory of Zone of Proximal Development, Cognitive Structure Theory and Constructivism Learning Theory. Teaching and studying plan can well reflect the student-oriented teaching philosophy, weaken the teacher-centered teaching philosophy of the traditional teaching model, emphasize that students are the core of learning, and improve the efficiency of classroom instruction as well as students' ability of self-study.This paper elaborates the functions, design and use of teaching and studying plan from the perspective of high school chemistry teaching.Design of teaching and studying plan is mainly discussed from two aspects, namely, content design of teaching and studying plan and the principle of its design. Content design of teaching and studying plan is the further optimization and integration of the contents of guided learning plan and it can improve the effectiveness of classroom instruction. Design of teaching and studying plan shall integrate various aspects including teachers, students and teaching activities together, and at the same time pay attention to the teaching level so that all students can develop optimally.The paper introduces the use of teaching and studying plan in detail. It centers on the basic application procedures of teaching and studying plan from preview before class, to improvement in class and consolidation in class, and finally to reflective thinking after class. Use of teaching and studying plan can well reflect the student-oriented and teacher-guided philosophy, and can enable students to experience and think freely.Experimental study of teaching and studying plan includes: (1) design of experiment; (2) implementation of experiment; (3) conclusion of experiment; (4) reflective thinking of experiment. The experiment has achieved satisfying results one year later.The instructional design model of teaching and studying plan is aimed to optimize the effectiveness of instruction, integrate instructional resources to the maximum extent, and encourage all students to develop to the most extent to realize the harmonious unity of teaching and learning. Besides, it can also mobilize the subjective initiatives of students and teachers and improve the teaching efficiency.Study on this teaching model still needs further improvement and I will also continue deeply studying and optimizing the teaching and studying plan.
