One of theso-called "innovations", is the most basic scientific question ability andproblem solving ability, a large number of cultivating talents with innovationability is necessary for countries to achieve "sustainable development" strategy. It can be seen, the reform of higher education is facing tremendous pressure, and the core mission of the university computer courses have a lot to fosterknowledge and skills for problem solving capability based computers, toparticipate in international competition, innovative talents, so as to ensure inthe international competitiveness of our country. Therefore, postgraduateeducation in colleges and universities bear the for the state and society of therapid development of the task of cultivating the high quality, high leveltalented person, has a role to promote the development of science and culture, the social productive forces, for the country, the harmony of social and economic rapid development has trained a large number of backbone andreserve forces, to improve the country’s comprehensive national strength andinternational competitiveness has contributed important force. For non-computer specialty in this article, through Inner MongoliaNormal University graduate student computer public of the investigation of thestatus quo of the curriculum, the research about the problems in the curriculum, and puts forward the suitable for current non-computer professional graduatecomputer public curriculum plan. This study on the basis of ComputationalThinking, the theory of Multiple Intelligences and Taylor Principle, by themethod of documentation, questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation and datastatistical analysis method were studied. First of all, the first chapter from thestudents’ thirst for knowledge of computer skills and the social demand fortalents comprehensive qualities to put forward the research; Second, thesecond chapter focuses on the research on the basis of the theoretical basis, tostudy its relationship with non-computer professional computer public courseto graduate; And then the third chapter through the for non-computer specialtyin colleges and universities graduate computer public curriculum presentsituation analysis, proposed the university computer public basic curriculumreform, and the problems faced; Later, the fourth chapter puts forward thecountermeasures of computer public courses for graduate students groups setup and study, combining with the characteristics of "computing thinking"theory, scientific and reasonable construction of computer public basiccurriculum system structure, reasonable design and the optimization of thecurriculum content and teaching methods; Finally, the fifth chapter summarizefor this study, put forward to improve ways, puts forward prospect for futureresearch direction.
