Computational thinking is a way of thinking which conducts problem solving, system designing and human behavior comprehension by using the principles and concepts of the computer science. Firstly, the connotation of related concept theory of computational thinking was excavated, the feasibility applying computational thinking to computer basic courses teaching in university was deeply analyzed, which provided strong supports for applying computational thinking and related theory and method to computer basic courses teaching in university. Secondly, the advantages and existing problems in traditional offline and online teaching mode of computer basic courses in university were analyzed. The MOOC curriculum mode of computer basic courses in college was designed from the perspective of computational thinking. Finally, combining advantages of MOOC curriculum mode, MOOC curriculum mode of computer basic courses in college oriented by computational thinking was constructed, and the technology scheme of learning support of this mode in mobile termination was designed and implemented. The specific innovation points in this paper are as follows:(1) Aiming at the problems in current computer basic courses teaching in college of china that "narrow tool theory", disconnection with high school information technology, "learning ’objectives’ " and so on. According to the reform results of quality education, the integrating point of computational thinking and computer basic courses teaching in college was deeply analyzed. Computational thinking was acted as orientation, the concrete reform proposal aiming at computer basic courses teaching in college of china was proposed from different aspects including teaching concept, teaching objectives and teaching methods and so on.(2) There exist some problems in current MOOC curriculum models, such as insufficiency theory back-up support, undefined curriculum objectives, and poor model generalization. In view of these problems above, on the basis of the theory and method of computational thinking, the three elements, namely theme, function and environment of curriculum models, were acted as cutting point. The current MOOC curriculum models were improved and innovated to construct computer basic MOOC curriculum models in college oriented by computational thinking from five aspects including object design, content design, structure design, evaluation design and implementation of the model.(3) Aiming at the problem that the support degree that the current mainstream online education platform for mobile terminals learning is not enough, the solution was proposed from the technical perspective based on HTML5 language in the paper. Firstly, the bidirectional video interaction model between teachers and students was constructed by the combination of video equipment and tag technology; Secondly, the automatic synchronization service of learning process for learners was built by using the offline storage technology; Finally, the learners location information sharing platform based on the combination of mobile terminal and HTML5 was developed by taking advantage of the sensors and API interface technology. And the feasibility of the technical scheme was verified by code implementation.
