Education is first, education is a fundamental national prosperity, but also an important guarantee for the prosperity of the country. Development is an inseparable from teacher education, with excellent teachers; in order to have quality education, enhancing the quality of teachers, improving the professional development of teachers is the next level of our education strategy will follow the path. Chinese subject is the basic discipline at the secondary stage, its uniform characteristics of tools and humanities education plays an important role for high school students. It is an important means for students to learn the traditional culture, learn the formation of ideological character and cultivate cultural sentiments. It is an important foundation for the lifelong development of students. Secondary stage is the stage of education students received is the key stage in language literacy formed, and thus became a key measure to courses and cultural heritage, an also an important means of shaping the character. Faced with the development and the requirements of the times, it is imperative for Chinese teachers to improve their overall quality. Taking professional development has become a necessity.Complete secondary school has the section both of the junior high school and senior high school section included. High school and middle school are the whole part.They share the same campus, joint campus activities, developing more exchanges. In the same working part of school,teacher exchanges makes teaching a more consistent discipline architecture. There are totally five complete secondary schools in Yanbian. Yanbian No.3Middle School, Dunhua No.2Middle School, Boulder Town Middle School, Dunhua Guandi Middle School and No.7Middle School in Dragon City are included. These complete secondary educations play an important role for local government, while the number of schools in recent years is decreased. The survival and development of a more complete secondary school should be concerned about. Through questionnaires, interviews with teachers and documentation methods, this paper presents fully understand the level of secondary school language teachers’professional development in Yanbian area, namely the advantages and disadvantages in their professional development. providing a reference for enhancing the professional level of development.Through the survey which shows that Yanbian complete secondary school Chinese teachers have a firm professional philosophy. They all have a certain professional identity. For more accurate positioning of their career, they all share pure professional development motives. They all have rich professional knowledge, especially have strong grasp of knowledge of professional disciplines. However, to some extent, professional competence deficiencies but have a strong class processing capabilities. They share the ability to review the idea on teaching, but lower research capacity is existed.According to these findings, analyzes the factors which affecting the level of complete secondary school Chinese teachers professional development in Yanbian region.Firstly, little attention is paid to complete secondary school. There exist configuration problems between the Faculties of teaching resources. Policy support is not enough to complete high school, low teacher wages, fewer opportunities and little trainings cannot match the fact. Secondly, entirely secondary internal management system is imperfect, such as score goals are not clear, less contact between the Faculty and teacher evaluation system is unreasonable, school-based training is not enough. Finally, lack of awareness of teachers’ professional development, professional development plan is not clear, the prevalence of mental burnout exist everywhere.Combining professional level development in secondary school Chinese teachers Status and influence factors in Yanbian area, the writer put forward following policies: strengthening the knowledge and ability to improve their competitiveness and overall strength; come up with a clear score goals and combine the overall objective with the Faculty of school goals;combine the teacher population development goals with personal development goals; building Faculty communication platform to promote exchanges between the Faculty of full use of the advantages of complete secondary school teaching and research. Based on loss of training, enriching training content, building diversity training mode and focusing on solving practical problems.
