Teacher is the essential of Education Plan. Better education need better teachers. Teachers are the implementers of education activities. The success of school education is key to teachers. Teacher, as a kind of career, it also has the rigorous law of this career, namely, only make it professional can be acquired the social status and be respected in society. The World Teacher Organization meeting discussed the problems of Teacher professionalism since 1955 to 80 20th century, Teacher Professionalization has become the trend of the world development education,the issue which the whole world educator pay close attention to, and the world's teacher education reform and development trend. It has become the core of international education problems in 21st century.To improve the teacher quality is the way to improve the educational quanlity, it has become a hotspot issue of educational reform and research both at home and abroad. As an important part of teacher, P.E teacher professionalization will be an important component of teacher professionalism. Accordingly, research on Teacher Professionalism is currently an vital issue.To take the whole middle school in Fuzhou for an example, using the literature, questionnaire statistics and logic analysis way, investigated and researched the P.E teacher professional status quo in Fuzhou middle school,In order to come to understand the P.E teacher professionalism in medium-cities in Jiangxi,to find out the problems, and hope to turn up the effective methods and strategies that be fit for the P.E teacher professionalism development of medium-cities in Jiangxi, and to raise the level of P.E teacher professionalism.
