With the development of industrialization, urbanization and social modernization, the left-behind children problem followed. Due to prolonged from parents or a single parent, with the elderly or other relatives living state, causing them to do not have parents to care and education, Growing up in such an environment, it is easy to make problems in many aspects of the left-behind children. Compared with non left-behind children, they will feel more lonely, sensitive, anxious and have other negative emotions. Influenced by these negative emotions, such as interpersonal behavior will be difficult. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to learn more about the left-behind children’s interpersonal situation, solve the interpersonal problems of left-behind children, so that the social workers involved in the problem of left-behind children, using the method of professional social work, to complement the traditional government model.The Yanbian area is mainly inhabited area of Chaoxian [Korean Chinese] nationality in China. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and South Korea, many Chaoxian [Korean Chinese] nationality people, taking advantage of the geography and language go abroad to study and work, make the children of these families have to live alone with their grandparents together. According to the regional characteristics of Yanji City, the author investigated part of Chaoxian [Korean Chinese] nationality left-behind children in Yanji City, by means of questionnaires, interviews and other professional social work methods to understand the tissues in the interpersonal aspects of the status of left-behind children. Based on the theory and advantage of perspective, for the interpersonal problems of left-behind children, through social work group method, efforts to solve the interpersonal aspect of Chaoxian [Korean Chinese] nationality left-behind children are facing difficulties. Through group activities, promote the left-behind children establish the correct self-awareness and improve interpersonal skills in a certain extent.Through field investigation combined with practice, this paper reflects on the interpersonal aspects of Chaoxian [Korean Chinese] nationality left-behind children. The family is the first to cultivate children’s character formation and development, should make more efforts. The practice proved that, the social work method can effectively improve the left-behind children’s interpersonal skills, it is an effective way to promote left-behind children family and social harmony.
