Aging Of Yanbian Prefecture And Sustainable Development Of Economic Society

Population aging, the only way human society must be passed, is the inevitable product of social development. The aging, which is the main issue of population problem, affects the whole economic and social development, mainly in three aspects of labor resources, structure of I abor market and labor productivity. Due to the big influences of aging to the economic and social development, the aging issue is attracting wide concern of the world.In recent years, domestic and foreign experts and scholars have carried on research on this topic, and have borned some achievements, however, few research has done on Yanbian population aging issue. According to the sixth census, Yanbian has already entered the aging society in2010. While the reality of aging of Yanbian region has some common features with other societies, such as population base is large, the increasing speed is fast, getting old before getting rich, aging of Yanbian also has characteristic features, for instance, Korean population problem is very prominent, and brain drain is very serious.With the inevitable aging society coming, a correct understanding of the reason, characteristics, and trend of the aging, as well as the influence of population aging on the sustainable development of economy and society seems to be very inportant, and thus we can put forward population aging solution which is suitable for Yanbian. While Yanbian is formulating policies, we must recognize the objective existence of the aging, respect the law of development, and make a series of suitable industrial, consumptive, and social security policies. Only in this way, the condition of economic society of Yanbian can be developed more comprehensively, coordinatedly, and steadily, and finally realize sustainable development.This paper is going to do specific analysis on the reason, characteristics and trend of aging of Yanbian region, as well as the influence of aging on economic social development. And finally come to the sugestions and solution. Relevant departments of Yanbian should attach great importance to the aging problem, from passive role to active role, to take effective measures as soon as possible to accelerate the sustainable development of economic society,.
