On the basis of reference to research experts and scholars, the reserve talented person, club, management system, the backup talent cultivation mode of combing the concept, with the state of the table tennis club backup talent cultivation mode in Henan province were investigated, using the mathematical statistics method and logic analysis to further research on the influence factors of table tennis club backup talent cultivation mode in Henan province, finally come to the conclusion and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
