in twenty-first Century, after graduation, the employment of college students has become a hot topic in the new era. Government departments, the community, schools, ordinary people are concerned about the employment of College students. Because the employment of college students is related to the development of the society, the quality of employment can affect the learning motivation of students, and even affect the harmonious development of the society. The author will through the questionnaire, the collection of documents and SWOT analysis and other methods as the research ideas, based on the investigation of the employment situation of martial arts and national traditional physical education in Chengdu Sport University, the following results were obtained:(1) Chengdu Sport University martial arts and national traditional sports professional graduates because of the professional characteristics, so the graduates of the employer to teaching departments and the public security system, the employment in the sector has some limitations.(2) due to the nature of the professional market, the need for martial arts students professional counterparts in the job is relatively small. Graduates generally reflected in the interview exposed professional knowledge is not solid, other related knowledge narrower weakness that in looking for a job in appeared at a loss of status.(3) graduates' employment concept change is not enough, the graduates' employment expectations, in particular, the selection of the employment area is relatively concentrated, the treatment of the requirements are relatively high, heavy utility, light dedication, the application of the suspension of employment is more prominent.(4) the lack of ideals and beliefs of a small number of students, the school's goal is not clear, the learning attitude is not correct, the discipline is lax, resulting in failure to find a job in time.(5) the graduates of the concept of career change, the number of students to the non state-owned companies, enterprises, the number of students increased.(6) the majority of students are not willing to work at the grassroots level, especially to the difficult areas of employment, high employment expectations, self positioning, there is no industry and no business can be outstanding structural contradictions.(7) the number of independent entrepreneurs and the test of the number of students increased year by year.(8) the professional and technical advantages of the outstanding students, relatively good employment. According to the present situation investigation and research, put forward the corresponding suggestion:(1) the school in encouraging and strengthening the students professional learning, and strive to cultivate and develop the professional comprehensive ability, and enhance the competitiveness of employment.(2) the school should further strengthen the contact with the employer, to provide students with employment information and channels.(3) expand the scale of new enrollment, invite more people to do the report, to do more in the form of school education, the stability of professional ideas, improve learning interest, establish learning objectives.(4) make full use of modern network platform, timely release of all kinds of employment information.(5) collect the relevant employment website, accurate understanding of the latest trends in recruitment.(6) combining with the needs of the employing units, and actively encourage and organize students to interview, broaden the employment.(7) held a postgraduate entrance exam to mobilize the general assembly, to help students to enhance self-confidence, active Pro forma.(8) held a graduate employment mobilization meeting, analysis of the employment situation.(9) to strengthen the entrepreneurial guidance, entrepreneurship training, to have the entrepreneurial intention of the students to carry out the system of entrepreneurship training.(10) through the analysis of their own characteristics, to determine the scope of their job positions, and targeted to cover.
