| In contemporary college campuses, sports leisure sport has to shift from the previouscompetitive sports, more students in sports has also changed views, sports no longerexists in order to pass the exam school courses, sports is gradually a majority of thestudents after school hours recreational activities. Visible, leisure sports has become anew development direction of Physical Education. Contemporary college students asrecipients of higher education in society, focus on high school culture, the development ofuniversity sports will represent the direction of the entire sports development, so theconstruction of university leisure sports education is extremely necessary. Leisure sportscan not only achieve the purpose of teaching traditional sports teaching students inenhancing physical fitness, improve motor skills, while leisure sports in shaping thesports culture, and enhance students’ interest in terms of participation in sports is superiorto traditional teaching, for training students even more actively to strengthen theuniversity campus recreational sports education.Leisure sports are not for a long time, the popularity and prevalence for leisure sportsin colleges and universities will take some time. But leisure sports education is asystematic process of education, leisure sports college education can cultivate awarenessof aspects of sport is more interested in sex, college students may be in the process ofrecreational sports, and experience the fun of sports, exercise and will the combination ofculture, enhance social skills students, forming consciousness teamwork, create a goodlife. But currently, Henan Universities in leisure sports teaching deficiencies andshortcomings in many sports facilities are relatively backward, still more traditionalconcepts of education, leisure sports knowledge in physical education is not enough,resulting in the majority of college students participating in recreational sports theenthusiasm is not high, the lack of utilization of sports equipment and so on. Therefore,how to actively and effectively carry out leisure sports teaching college students, will bethe future of sports teaching college students in Henan Province, is an extremely specialsignificance to the development of leisure sports teaching.As of this writing process, using a variety of methods, such as questionnaires, literature, statistics and other methods of analysis and research in Henan Province, thestatus quo of college students recreational sport for questionnaire design is reasonable,taking expert review, according to review comments on the questionnaire made thenecessary changes to make the questionnaire more reasonable, but also provides arelatively efficient data after the results of the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The first part of this paper propose to carry on leisure sports in Henan Higher EducationResearch meaning and purpose; second part of the research and development of leisuresports in the status quo at home and abroad to collate literature, sorting through theliterature on the China Leisure Sports Education Colleges and Universities providereference; binding status of the third part of the main findings of the survey questionnaireand statistics on leisure sports teaching university in Henan Province, the reasons for theexistence of the problem and conducted in-depth analysis to identify the measures carriedout in the casual college sports; Finally, this paper development of leisure sports givesconstructive suggestions. |
