In2001the Ministry of Education promulgated the "sports and health" curriculumstandards, clearly put forward the positive development and utilization of national, folktraditional sports resources, promote the school sports teaching reform. Theinvestigation and Study on Yiyang City Primary School of national traditional sportscurriculum resources development.Mainly uses the research methods of literature, interview, on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the Yiyang area (three counties and one cityfour areas) of traditional ethnic sports curriculum resources development and utilizationof the investigation and study of a random sample of106primary school teachers and1187students. The results show that:(1)76.84%of the Yiyang primary school havedifferent degree of national traditional sports curriculum resources development andutilization, the overall situation is more optimistic about the.(2) the16schools in9schools of the resources and different levels of development of national traditionalsports project, supporting the31.25%textbooks in the development and utilization ofthe schools;(3) primary school in Yiyang City, the development of national traditionalsports major is a martial art, accounted for the survey72.3%of schools; followed bypulling the waist, dragon and lion dances, high stepping horse project.(4) the districts ofYiyang city economic development is not balanced, special sports funds input range, sothat Yiyang City Primary School of traditional ethnic sports curriculum resources, lackof site equipment.(5) the natural geography resources in Yiyang City Primary School oftraditional ethnic sports curriculum development and utilization rate is higher, mainlyusing the steps, slopes, lawn rate is higher, can reach more than60%.(6) Yiyang CityPrimary School of national traditional sports curriculum resource development andutilization of information resources in the network information; national sports teachers’traditional sports curriculum resources development and utilization of the continueeducation work relative lag.(7) Yiyang city primary school leadership and physicaleducation teachers on the national traditional sports curriculum resource developmentand utilization is not enough,46.7%and use never concerns of national traditionalsports curriculum resources development survey of the headmaster and the relatedpersonnel. The main factors affecting the Yiyang Primary School of national traditionalsports curriculum resource development and utilization is the (1) physical educationteachers on the national traditional sports curriculum resource development innovationconsciousness lack;(2) the leadership and national sports teachers’ traditional sportscurriculum resource development is not enough;(3) primary school in Yiyang City,national traditional sports curriculum resources and launch publicity not enough (4) theunbalanced development of regional economy, resulting in Yiyang Primary School ofnational traditional sports equipment and facilities lack.(5) no complete system of teaching materials in traditional ethnic sports curriculum resources developmentdirection is not clear. Suggestion:(1) the establishment of a national traditional sportscurriculum resource development and utilization evaluation system (2) to strengthen theon-the-job training of national traditional sports curriculum resources to continueeducation efforts (3) to strengthen the college students of physical education specialty ofnational traditional sports curriculum resources development consciousness education;(4) condensed human resource force growing national traditional sports thedevelopment of curriculum resources of teachers;(5) encourage diversifieddevelopment and scientific and rational planning and utilization of natural resources;(6)to promote the school physical education teachers in the implementation of the "flow"of teaching plan;(7) the school related personnel of National Traditional Sportscurriculum teaching materials;(8) the optimization and integration of traditional ethnicsports curriculum network,information resources.
