A particular nationality always live in a culture field composed by a particular national culture. Jing, a cross-border nationality, is featured by its unique traditional culture with charm of marine which highlight to other nationalities. With the changes of the present times, as well as the collision, crossover and integration of culture, the cultural field in which children of the Jing nationality grow is multivariant and dynamic. Children are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. Concerning the impact of cultural field on the development of children, this study takes Shanxin Jing nationality village in Guangxi Province as an example, and the cultural field in which children of the Jing nationality grow as orientation, refines the field resources of families, village and schools and analyses the impact of culture on the growth of children there, which are guidings of child development.This study presents the cultural field which children in Shanxin Jing nationality grow in mainly in the following three aspects:First, families--the co-education with Gods. The rituals build a bridge between man and Gods, and deify the taboos and stipulations of principles. Second, the village--the infiltration of Hating culture. The Hating culture is impressed in the memory of children there. Ha festival is the tie to inherit children culture in the Jing nationality and the sea creates the joy of growth and harmonious freedom. Third, schools--the intersection of modern and tradition. The "unity" is the root of the tree of modern civilization, while the expanding extra-curricular activities are the soil for growing traditional culture.The author believes that the cultural environment is the most important external factors that affect the growth of children.The cultural inter-diffusion and penetration in the current multi-cultural interwoven society makes the cultural field develop in a dynamic way. With the exploitation of Jing traditional culture resources, conflict and collision occurs when Jing culture is exchanging and integrating with other cultures. However, the cultural psychology accumulated in a long history has not changed. Based on the real-life needs, the children's education in Shanxin also has gradually changed from natural growth to standard education system. The status of exploitation and utilization of Jing traditional culture is showed in three aspects:the educational consciousness in the local national culture field; the slow development of weak early childhood care institutions; the unsuccessful implementation of Jing Nationality Local Materials in Shanxin primary schools is just like the fireworks that glitter for a while then disappear and nobody cares.There are various factors that influence the exploitation and utilization of Jing traditional cultural resources. Analysed under the multi-cultural background, the reasons are the impact of mainstream culture on traditional culture; the dent of the cultural field because of the lack of education; the conflict between tradition and modern in school field. To solve these problems, we should absorb cultural field resources, carry out various activities in school education, adjust and enrich the course content; promote the development of national village, enhance the cooperation between schools and village; improve teachers' ability to adapt and choose culture in territory of nationality; strengthen the communication between schools, referring to other school curriculum resource development and utilization of experience.
