With micro-teaching in our in-depth development of teacher education, micro-teachinghas become a systematic training method of teaching skills, demonstrated significant efficacyin the current ability of teacher education and in-service teacher training. The development ofinformation technology has also brought new development opportunities for micro-teaching,and micro-teaching and learning system provide digital resources for students.Microteaching evaluation also plays a very important role in the university Students’Teaching Skills training. Currently around the emergence of a number of micro-teachingevaluation system, some of these systems have been applied in many colleges anduniversities, but in fact,there are still many shortcomings in the existing systems. For theproblems of the existing system, the paper in-depth study of micro-teaching evaluationsystem was proposed based on normal students for the college network and database ofmicro-teaching evaluation system design and development of learning programs.Firstly, the use of literature and web-based survey methods and evaluation ofmicro-teaching system of investigation and analysis, found that the existing micro-teachingevaluation system in part of the lack of systematic evaluation and can not effectively meet theuniversity microteaching evaluation needs. With these problems, the characteristics andperformance of our microteaching launched an in-depth analysis of carding, design anddevelop a set of normal school students for college microteaching assessment and learningsystem, and finally the various functional modules were required to implement the system theapplication.Normal for college students microteaching assessment and learning system constructedin this article will help normal students and teachers Microteaching systematic evaluation andlearning. University Teachers can use this platform not only teaching skills system,evaluation and guidance at any time, also build a network of community classes, to achievethe transfer of conventional micro-teaching classes to the network, largely to meet theuniversity Microteaching Evaluation needs.Based on the normal students for college microteaching evaluation and learning systemsdesign and development, to a certain extent, compensate and improve the evaluation systemand evaluation of the weak link in the user management confusion, strengthening systematicevaluation process and pluralism, explore the new evaluation model and normal students in the system management mode, making normal students in the application of the systemso that each normal students can interact to produce greater positive effect among users.
