Survey And Analysis Of The Cultural Quality Education In Fuxin City Sports Schools

With the continuous growth and development of China’s sports undertakings, thesurvival and development of the athletes group attract wide attention. Athletic achievementsof our athletes is increasing at the same time, a new problem has to be surfaced thatexcessive emphasis on athletic training is ignoring cultural education, resulting in generallylow quality of our athletes and cultural situation.With going into the causes andcountermeasures, we should proceed from each city sports school. That is the culture ofsports schools and transport of the raw which base of elite athletes, but also the most fertileground for the growth of sports workers. Groundbreaking cultural quality education shouldlay a solid foundation in place, the importance of cultural quality education should start. Weuse questionnaires, interviews, statistics, literature and cultural status on Fuxin City SportsSchool Education and conducted a survey and analysis of the problems found, aontond thecorresponding countermeasures.Results of this study are as follows:1.Cultural curriculum, did not take into account the actual situation of sports students, coursecontent too difficult, many curriculum subjects, timing shall not be treated.2.Talented Young on the basis of culture and education is not enough emphasis, too muchfocus on the current culture of elite athletes, ignoring the greater part of the reserve army oftraining and education3.Blind pursuit arena achievements, ignoring the overall development of athletes. Learningand Training contradiction has not been resolved, sustainable development can not be trulycompetitive sports.This paper presents suggested responses: Firstly, from institutional reform, strictguidance to schools, teachers, and student behavior; secondly from the ideological reform,from the subjective awareness of the importance of cultural quality education; culturalquality education should start to finish, continuity.
