The Countermeasure Study On Sustainable Development Of Regional Vocational Education And Training

Regional education planning is an important part of regional and city overall planning. The main direction of regional education planning is to make people satisfied, to promote the development of local economy and society, to upgrade education service delivery model, and to integrate education resources. However, if we examine the current situation of educational planning and development under the present system of government from the concept of lifelong education, we get the conclusion that it is difficult to coordinate between the different businesses units of the Bureau of Education, as well as the other department associated with education. It not only leads to the low efficient collocation of education resources, but also results in the difficulty to establish a modern and integrated education system.In this paper, I research the factors which impact on the development of education including economic, society, culture, and technology and so on. I also study the interrelation between regional educational planning and local economic and social development under the concept of lifelong and Learner centered education, in order to provide identifiable ground for the reform of education system.
