Xi’an Institute Aerobics Referee Ability Research

Sports college students’ ability is a comprehensive, including the ability to learn, moral character, practice and innovation, there are mutual conditions, promote each other, lack of one is not complete. Aerobics is a practical subject and the practice ability is important standard to measured in aerobics teaching, also is the key in adapt to society, or can very well competent for this professional job, to aerobics special students after graduation. cultivation of the students’ ability is an important content of the students in the Xi’an sports university, at the same time, professional skill-studying is one of the major content of practice ability.In this paper the aerobics special ability training as research object to Xi’an physical culture institute, by the special student of aerobics skill-studying called100respondents, through the check the literature material, expert interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method to comprehensive analysis of the current situation. According to the results, there are main conclusions:1. The training target is students of aerobics can independently bear aerobics competition rules and organization in Xian physical culture institute, and put forward a certain requirements to students, it has a certain scientific and practical.2. Aerobics training content reflects on the theory of too much emphasis on teaching in the special syllabus, to students’ practical ability training is less. But is not so in practical teaching, the teacher has a certain way of teaching training to students’ practical ability.3. Evaluation content basic perfect, mainly with elementary theory knowledge、 special technical examination as the key point, the basic quality and practice ability for students is less assessment.4.There are many factors influence to ability of aerobics special students,include the students’ self understanding ability、the school teaching content and the teaching task factors, teacher’s professional ability degree of influence to students education, environmental factor.
