With the development of the society, people living standard rise, give people enoughmaterial comforts of modern civilization at the same time also brought a new threat topeople’s health.7~22years old people in China in the1980s is average height of age groupof boys are lower than Japan; In1998the former state education commission of126000students, the survey found40%of college students in fatigue, insomnia, concentration,emotional instability and other sub-health status; Organization in the ministry of education,2000national students physical health survey,5times compared with1995in2000, the speedof the students in our country, strength, endurance, flexibility, etc all have significantly lowercase;2005sixth national student national student physique monitoring results show that, thesituation does not have obvious physical change.Test-centering promulgated has undeniable made due contribution to the physical health ofteenagers in China, however, the test-centering appears in many cities and regions "trainingassault" education method, but in the end doing sports additional examination the desiredeffect is unknown. This paper USES literature, questionnaire, expert interview andmathematical statistics method to test the test-centering involvement with the middle schoolstudents’ physical fitness was analyzed, and the results showed that:(1)High school EntranceExamination test-centering for middle school students’ body form development level, physicalquality and athletic ability, psychological development level and ability to adapt has positiveinfluence, the most significant body quality and movement ability.(2)Dalian city there is anupward trend in nearly four years of middle school students’ physical fitness, embodied in itsunderstanding, strengthen the school sports teaching means and the examination of theimportance of increasing the test-centering.(3)The city and the city county, four years, thereare significant differences comparing, which reflects the teachers, sports funds investmentdifferences and differences in emphasis, but students sports add try at county level in catch upwith the city students year by year, and even parts to transcend the local students.(4)Thetest-centering effect on middle school students’ sports value degree is not obvious, andstudents exercise number of times a week decreased significantly, test the test-centeringinfluence on middle school students’ sports behavior is negative.(5)Mid-term exam sportsadd try in the process of implementation of the "deviation" problem, seriously affected the school’s teaching order, the nurturance of middle school students’ physical health and sportsbehavior. Advice:(1) High school Entrance Examination test-centering is in developmentperiod, there are still many shortcomings. Heavy wisdom light body of campus culture,strengthen the examination of the test-centering culture education to the student, to make thestudents not only understand the technical features of a skill, more to the project exercise canplay a role of body and mind, this is an important means to prevent the exam-orientededucation(.2)The results of High school Entrance Examination test-centering showed a trendof rising in recent years, also suggests that middle school students’ physique increased, butalso to strengthen the examination of the test-centering system, improve the mid-term examsports add try project, to make it more comprehensive appraisal of middle school students’physical fitness for all aspects in daily training for middle school students body and mind toget more satisfied(.3)City and county-level city divided differences in gradually reduced, butstill need to strengthen the county sports education field, through the government strengthenthe school sports funds investment, strengthen the school’s faculty, gradually changingstudents’ cognition on sports.(4)Strengthen education method in the sports teaching ofphysical education teachers in senior school, pay more attention to the students with mid-termexam sports add try implement, lets the student in the examination of the test-centeringproject training at the same time improve their sports values, form good habits of physicalexercise, finally become a member of the lifelong sports.(5)For the problems in theimplementation of the mid-term exam sports add try to timely correcting, further improve thetest method and test the test-centering project, to strengthen the importance of school sportswork, on the premise of not affect middle school sports teaching order play to test thetest-centering maximum validity.
