Achievement Motivation Theory Perpective Of College Students To Join The Corporate Motivation Research

College students’ community groups are college students based on common interests and hobbies,under the principles of voluntary and spontaneous organize student mass organization, is college studentsself education and the main carrier of self-management, self-service, association for the cultivation ofstudent’s interest in specialty, the exercise of social practice, serve the society and the construction ofcampus culture and so on play an important role, become an indispensable way of organizing the collegesand universities.Community as an important practice base, colleges and uni8versities is playing an increasinglyimportant role in many ways. However, because each person’s life goal is different, when choosing to joinclubs have different motivation orientation, motivation orientation can lead to the development of thecommunity and the development of students themselves will be different. As the breakthrough point, thispaper put forward according to the present situation investigation, thought the analysis, countermeasuresstudy, through the questionnaire survey of Henan normal university students, by way of empirical studiesreveal the common problems in contemporary societies in colleges and universities, such as communitymembers are not clear, the purpose of the club and the blindness of the drop-off phenomenon serious, clubactivities is not the problem of higher quality. Then, with the aid of three motives of McClelland’s theory ofachievement motivation and needs, namely the achievement need, affinity needs and rights, to analyzecollege students choose and join corporate motivation orientation, from the perspective of achievementmotivation theory, the feasibility of the psychological motivation of college students joining student clubsin the analysis. Combined with the current situation of college students’ community and problems, on thebasis of the theory of achievement motivation, incentives to make optimization of university students jointhe club. Therefore, this article will college society activities directly combined with the achievementmotivation theory research, on the basis of identify the reasons of the problems put forward concretesolving strategy, in this study further standardize on the college students’ community construction, promotethe coordinated and healthy development of both has certain theory value and practical significance.
