| Entrepreneurial motivation as the psychological tendency or inner driving force, to inspire and maintain individual engaged in business activities and to promote entrepreneurial activity towards a goal. The cultivation of the college students’ entrepreneurial motivation has important significance. Self-determination theory is that: social environment can support and promote autonomy, competence, and relation, three basic psychological need, to enhance human internal motivation or promote the internal transformation of external motivation, thus ensuring the individual healthy growth and function.This study thinks that experiential entrepreneurship education provides the required field for college students to satisfy their three basic psychological needs. The survey sample of this research is the undergraduate students in grade 2010 in H university business school. Some of them have taken part in the experiential entrepreneurship education. The data was collected through the method of students’ entrepreneurship education status questionnaire in May 2014, and was analyzed via software SPSS11.5. The conclusions are the following:1. Through experiential entrepreneurship education, college students’ sense of autonomy, sense of competence, sense of relationship, are to be satisfied. Then they present a more positive attitude to the surroundings.2. Whether college students participated in the experiential in entrepreneurship courses for its entrepreneurial motivation of "family" and "environmental support" two dimensions have significant effect; whether college students participated in the experience of entrepreneurship courses for the entrepreneurial motivation of "family" 〠"self-actualization" and "environmental support" three dimensions have significant impact; whether college students participated in a contest for the entrepreneurial motivation of "family" and "environmental support" two dimensions have significant impact. On the basis of the analysis, we think that college students who participated in the experiential entrepreneurship education, their entrepreneurial motivation are increase obviously.The research shows that, entrepreneurship education has a positive significance to the cultivation and stimulating of college students’ entrepreneurial motivation. It is pointed out the direction for entrepreneurship education in colleges. They are instructive to the university personnel training mode reform. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to the reform of education teaching mode, attaches great importance to the students’ subjectivity, attaches great importance to the entrepreneurial education activities. |
