Study On Strategies Of Development And Management Mechanism Of Teenage Football On Campus Pilot Schools

The State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education issued a "notice" on thenational youth football activities on campus in2009April, and in June the same year, in Beijing Hui schooljointly held on youth football activities on campus of the national work conference, which marks the youthfootball activities on campus to plan the country officially launched. Xinxiang in Henan Province as thesecond batch of pilot city youth campus football school layout, not only an important role to promote theXinxiang City Campus Soccer activities, and in the process of promoting the development of youth campusfootball in Henan province also plays a role play a decisive role.In this paper, using the method of literature, action research method, expert interview method, ter FayeFa method, conducts the research to the youth football activities on campus management mechanism andDevelopment Countermeasures of Xinxiang City, results show that:1、Xinxiang city youth football activities on campus has formed a city, the leading organization, lackof the district leadership organization, shall establish and improve the city, District, three school leadershipteam organization, the successful completion of the task to upload, avoid indicating fault phenomenon.2、 Xinxiang city campus Soccer activities leading group organization have many part-timepersonnel, City Bureau of education and Sports Bureau can hire a full-time staff responsible for CampusSoccer activities affairs, hire personnel supervision specialized assessment personnel, dedicated, mining thesports human resources management potential of stocks, cultivation of reservetalent.3、 Due to the lack of effective communication between different departments, enforcement is notstrong, coverage area is not wide enough, suggestions to develop multiple channels of communication atdifferent levels, to ensure that the rules and regulations and implementation scheme ofthe campusfootball implement.4、In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the campus football program,we should improvethe current activities situation, clear division of functions at all levels of the organization, can be guided by the government, the city Bureau of education and Sports Bureau assistant, in the leadinggroup with the specific functions of the Department Another,we should inject more social forces inthe system, to safeguard the healthy development of the campus football.
