There is no doubt that the soccer program has a large share of all the sports.Soccer program is recognized as "the first sports" in the world.People can appreciate its beauty and feel its strong competition.Football players can express their feelings in the campaign.On the other hand,they can show their excellent skills to everyone.Football can not only temper the players' strong will,but also cultivate the team cooperation and collective values,football players can get a lot of experience in the fierce competition.Since the 21 st century,the development of the world football has sped,the level of professionalization and specialization has continuously improved,people are paying more and more attention to football.Whether a country can successfully organize soccer program or not can reflect the comprehensive strength of a country in sports.Football project achievements in China did not achieve expected goals,the results of the Chinese national team in all competitions can fully illustrate this point,all the problems that appeared in the national game and the major leagues can reflect this.All these problems are worth every sports fan's profound reflection.Why can't Chinese football be inherited and developed? How to cultivate good football reserve in Chinese campus? How to operate and manage so many distinctive campus football schools in China?There are many problems.For example,whether there is a ruler which can measure the development of campus football? These problems are worth to explore and study.The real purpose of campus football is it will effectively improve the enthusiasm of youth participation in football,increase the population of football in our country and provide a strong guarantee for our country football reserve talent cultivation.Starting with kids and carrying out the new football deal in the campus of the country has a great strategic significance in promoting the popularization of campus football and the development of the youth physical fitness.They can also comprehensively consolidate the national football talent base.To see whether a project is carried out well,we should see how they run it and if they have a complete system to support it.However,because there are differences in the time,the basis and the methods of each region when the campus football is carried out,so the uneven development has appeared and there is no complete mechanism on the operation and management of the football,such as incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism,etc.Therefore,in view of the above facts,this article has collected 74 papers from 2009 to 2016 which are related to campus football talent cultivation,management and operation mechanism by accessing the Internet,cnki.net,China Journal Net,Hebei Normal University library database and the official website of Chinese Football Association,etc.Through the understanding and analysis of the campus football management and operation mechanism,we can find some problems of the campus football,then we can put forward some solutions to solve these problems and provide some effective suggestions for the future campus football.The author has studied 62 primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang by using some research methods,such as the literature review method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic reasoning method.This paper focus on the five elements-dynamic mechanism,integration mechanism,incentive mechanism,guarantee mechanism,control mechanism of football running.This may be the commanding heights of theory to unscramble campus football and the breakthrough to deepen the research.According to the statistical analysis of the campus football running mechanism in these schools,we finally reach the following conclusions.1.For the campus football motivation mechanism,the implementation of the policy is not enough,the upper work plan is not fully implemented.There are somewhat cultural differences in football,culture atmosphere is not particularly strong.The students' development dynamics of the football project is insufficient,it doesn't well meet the demand of the development.2.For the campus football integration mechanism,a complete project running mechanism is not formed,various departments can't cooperate with each other,coordinate with each other and support each other,the policy cannot be implemented from top to bottom,the identity integration and the integrated complementary can't function together.3.For the campus football incentive mechanism,the campus football talents conveying channel is shortage,so it can't play a role in promoting talent encouragement.Teacher's material and spiritual rewards can't be carried out in practice.There is no guarantee which ensure good teachers' excellent work,and the research and development work of campus football project is not strengthened.4.For the campus football control mechanism,the management and construction of campus football team is lacking,the management experience of the football league is not enough.There is less communication on the game.The football field and the equipment cannot be fully utilized,the hardware condition is insufficient,parental support is lacking,the support and help from all walks of life can not be better got.5.For the campus football safeguard mechanism,material input to the football is far fro m meeting its steady development.There is no guarantee for the students' football class time,the number of football lessons can't satisfy the ascension of the campus football.In terms of teachers,excellent teachers in the quality and quantity are not enough,the security system is not formed,so it cannot guarantee the safety of the children.
