Since the "eighteen major",in the development of campus football,the country has issued a series of policies and regulations,so that the campus football has been strongly guaranteed.Special attention is paid to the training of professional skill talents of campus football-the training of teachers.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the current situation of campus football teacher training and find out its existing problems and shortcomings,explore the factors that influence the training of campus football teachers,and build strategies for training school football teachers.Facing the new requirements of education reform,teachers must constantly improve the innovation ability of teaching and scientific research in the face of the requirements of the modernization of teachers' development.Teachers' training in the new period can help teachers to update their knowledge,improve the quality of teachers and improve the ability of teaching innovation,as well as to improve the construction and adaptation of the talent team.Scientific and technological progress and an important way to adapt to the development of the times.Through systematic training of physical education teachers,we can make them love their job,teachers,teaching and education,master the foundationand professional knowledge of football,and have strong ability of football teaching,scientific research and social work,in order to establish a team of teachers to meet the needs of football development.However,in the course of teacher training,we should also deal with the following characteristics: adaptability and difference;practicality and integrity;systematic and practical;long-term and strategic.On the basis of the comprehensive development theory,this paper makes use of two methods of questionnaire survey and interview method.Based on the theory of comprehensive development,this paper makes a questionnaire for the trainees of campus football teachers,and makes a sampling survey on different training bases.The following conclusions are drawn: the students' Cognition is unitary,the professional level is uneven,and the training of the trainees is different.The lack of achievement of the training objectives,lack of systematic training content,lack of flexibility in training methods,unsound training system of training institutions,formalized management system,more serious interests and imperfect database of teaching teachers;From the three levels of trainees,schools and training institutions,we propose to resolve many problems in the training of Hunan province's campus football teachers.In view of teachers' individual,we should deepen the understanding of professional development and actively participate in all kinds of training of school organizations;better masterthe methods of learning and improve the effect of training.We should set up a sense of development and strengthen the consciousness of "two initiatives".In view of the social level of the country,it is necessary to deal with the contradiction between the students and the students,to carry out the teaching objectives of "three dimensional integration",to enrich the form and content of teacher training,to form a comprehensive training target of teacher training,and to build a theory and practice.The content of training and training of systematic training should be opened up,the training methods of multi-level training,the effective utilization and development of training resources,the development platform of training teachers,the database system of teaching teachers,the introduction of high-level training teachers at home and abroad,the combination of local football association and the training of local education departments;The level of supervision system,the establishment and improvement of effective safeguards mechanism,the establishment of multi-level supervision platform,to ensure the smooth progress of teacher training activities.
