The Competitive Ability Structure has been a hot issue in the training study, its importance isdirectly related to the athletes from the state of play and athletic competition results good or bad.Athletic ability is to transform and improve its essence is to change the internal structure of the targetcapacity, which leads to a variation in the function. Therefore, in order to understand, recognize theCompetitive Ability, we must starting from its structure to be developed and improved functional.Use of Literature, Survey Methods, Analysis of Gray, Mathematical statistics and so on todiscussion of the Competitive Ability structural and the Competitive Ability composition, and analysisof the use of mechanical and architectural knowledge to build a "Burj Khalifa "structural model, themain conclusions are as follows:First, from the perspective of various the Competitive Ability to analyze and interpret eachstructure has the characteristics: overall and systemic, complex and layered, dynamic and orderly,non-linear and non-symmetry.Second, the use of complex systems theory, dynamical systems theory and gray analysis method,a model system architecture that the Competitive Ability,"Burj Khalifa" model, just the Y=F (C1, C2,C3, C4...... Cm) X is a simple function of the relationship that the competitive ability of the system isaffected by internal and external role and influence of the two factors, one factor in any changes canlead to changes in the overall structure of the Competitive Ability.Third, the combination of structural features Burj Khalifa: The world’s first height, ground surface"Y"-type, Y-shaped bundles barrel combinations, single cylinder structure gradual retreat units, fromthe construction characteristics and mechanical analysis and interpretation of competitive abilityStructure similarity.
