The report object to the coaches and players of six traditional top basketball teamthat joined in the2013senior high school men basketball league matches inChongqing,it was investigated with many methods.Such as consulting the documentand materials,interviewing the experts,making questions,figuring data and logicanalysis.Combined with the actual situation that the development of basketball game inChongqing,from researching and analyzing the current situation of the traditional menbasketball team in high school,I have found the main problems that affect thedevelopment of the game and what causes such problems.Therefore,there can befeasibility proposes and the way to deal with the situation.一.The investigation results stated that the basketball game has made considerableprogress recent years through continuous exploration,It mainly reflected in thefollowing points:1.Some of the teams have adequate training space,fine equipments and facilities.2.The players have clear training goals as well as enough enthusiasm.3.The players gradually have enough raining time.4.The management mechanism of the basketball game is relatively perfect.5.The coaches are more and more responsible.6.The“Primary-Junior-Senior”,a Pyramid system has come into being.二．Deficiencies:1.The game mechanism should be further improved, matches are few.2.Some coaches are not satisfied with the salary and they have little time doingresearch or go-out training.3.There is not enough communication between the coaches and players,the studiesand lives of the players may be ignored sometimes.4.Schools pay more attention to the sports results than usual training,there is alsoinsufficient training expenses because of its single source.三．Feasibility proposes and development countermeasures:1.The local education bureau and sports bureau should increase attention to the development of high school basketball game and establish perfect competitionmechanisms.2.Appropriate to raise the coaches’ wages,offer more opportunities to do researchand go-out training.3.The coaches should more care about their players’studies and lives andcommunicate more.4.The coaches should strictly implement training plans on the basis of theteenagers’physical and mental development rules,ensure the training systematicness.At the same time, coaches should regularly examine players’sports results as well aspay attention to the ideological and moral education.5.The relevant departments should strength supervision and management of thetraditional basketball schools to prompt their headmasters attach great importance tothe develop and manage the basketball team,and provide sufficient material guarantee.6.Adhere to the road of“sports in combination with education”,strength thecooperation and communication of the“Primary-Junior-Senior”system.Improve thetraining and cultivation of talents system.
