Dialogue is the basic way for human to survive and is everywhere in life. In the field of education, not only teaching, but also moral education needs dialogue. In the matter of moral education, dialogue can contract people’s hearts with each other and resolve consciousness misinterpreted among those false consciousness, draw us to go out of crossroads. As an rudiment, dialogue moral education in the perspective of the Analects of Confucius provides a useful reference to enhance the current moral effectiveness."Dialogue moral education" means penetrating the "dialogue" spirit throughout the process of moral education, and dialogue moral education in the perspective of the Analects of Confucius at least consists of dialogue’s prerequisites, dialogue’s contents, dialogue’s purports and dialogue’s manners. Specifically, the prerequisites of dialogue moral education in the perspective of the Analects of Confucius are human’s educability, teachers’leading character and students’autonomous character, the dialogue’s content of which is composed of "ren"(benevolence),"yi"(righteousness),"li"(propriety),"zhi"(wisdom),"xin"(integrity), dialogue’s purports of which is to shape a gentleman as the ideal character, dialogue’s manners of which reflect not only in the diverse scenes, such as teaching in the class, in daily life and in social communication, but also in the varied forms of "ask and answer" in the course of questioning, for example,"students ask and the teacher answers","the teacher asks and students answer","students ask but the teacher evades to answer","the teacher guides students to ask, then the teacher answers" etc. In the speech between Confucius and his students, they use the aphorisms which contain philosophy, the vivid words which have brilliant rhetoric and the literary quotations which have profound meanings. Confucius’s superb teaching art is proved by the methods and strategies, which can be gathered up to teaching all people and individualized, teaching with speechless and melody resides, studying combines with thinking and focusing on action. It can be said that dialogue moral education in the perspective of the Analects of Confucius not only contains rich, wise and ethical thinkings, but shows a vivid and effective way of moral education. When reviewing the present moral education in the perspective of the Analects of Confucius, it is not hard to find that the current moral education having these maladies:lacking of dialogue awareness, moral content tending formalistic, low efficacy of school moral education and the instilling moral way. Therefore, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education effectively, we need to strengthen students’awareness of the dialogue, deepen connotation of moral dialogue, broaden the scope of moral situations and improve the language skills of teachers.
