The purpose of this study is to establish the value of sports humanities teachingmode, change the training leading sports teaching philosophy, rich humanistictheories led training, additional training leading practical experience, make areasonable return to the dominant technology; allow the body to form a stable trainingmotivation and rigorous training attitude, the main initiative to improve training,enhance emotional control training, and access to appropriate mental adjustmentskills training to maintain the body has a high self-confidence and willpower.Through the use of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis, systems analysis, thevalue of sports humanities teaching model to build research and humanistic valuesthrough the development of sport education programs, as well as humanistic valuescontrol the movement of the teaching process humanistic values personalized sportsteaching culture and other aspects of detailed analysis and discussion.Have access to a conclusion:(1) Utilitarian concept of competitive sports athletes as "human " development hasadversely affected;(2) Coaches and athletes human spirit is missing, athletes neglectthe emotional, cognitive psychology, mental needs, so as a "person" can not besustainable development of athletes;(3) The movement of athletes from the cultureof teaching this important link through the establishment of humanistic values toreverse the development of the new era of competitive sports;(4)The "person"culture is a system of long-term, with the concept of human values to guide themovement of the teaching process, guiding the implementation of training to providepractical support for the establishment of the new era of sports training mode;(5)Clear humanistic values sports teaching procedures, and further enrich teachingthrough personalized sports culture and humanistic values under the control ofmovement of the teaching process Perspective humanistic values of sport teachingmodel humanistic values Perspective for sports teaching practical strategies bodytraining.Suggestions:(1) Changes in the concept of sports instruments for the humanistic values of rational ideas to improve athletes autonomy, conscious awareness of thefreedom to learn, let them be the athletes training and learning life’s consciousbehavior;(2) Establish the scientific concept of teaching in the humanities,clearteaching of humanistic values sport training mission,studious handle the relationshipbetween training and innovation;(3) Strengthen the training of athletes emotionaleducation, so that the combination of Sense and Sensibility,fulfilling life moodathletes, athletes rich family, friendship emotional life, respect for the main characterdevelopment;(4) Develop coaches Humanities, rich personalized training teamteaching and training methods to improve the ability of coaches psychologicalcounseling, adhere to the people, scientific management sports teams;(5) Tostrengthen the senior management team sports humanistic value consciousness, theathlete is responsible for long-term culture; perfect material support system to ensurethat players of all ages nutritional and dietary problems.
