At present, under the new curriculum idea, In order to reduce the teaching the unityof contradiction between the students and the multiple, The regional high school teachers are naturally orhalf unconsciously on the teaching materials of "two development", in order to adapt to the growth ofstudents. Under specific conditions, teachers of the two development of teaching, is not only therequirements of the new curriculum, is the need for the professional development of teachers teachingpractice in senior high school and the new period; Two development of teaching materials, can effectivelyease the contradiction between teaching practice and teaching materia.The two main development teaching theory is based on "constructivism theory". the origin ofConstructivism in western countries in twentieth Century knowledge acquisition knowledge is not taughtby teachers, but the learner in a certain context, with the help of others, use the necessary learningmaterials, gained through meaning constructing mode. The theory of constructivism, which is widelyapplied to teaching, the teaching mode of scaffolding anchored teaching, situational teaching, randomaccess instruction, the teaching mode is conducive to changing teachers’ teaching ideas, student-centered, toachieve two times the development of textbooks.Two development of teaching materials, teaching materials, students and teachers mainly relatesto three factors, its essence is the teacher in the first time based on the development of teachingmaterials, classroom teaching and students to master the knowledge based on the needs, combinedand mining of the teaching contents, the order of chapters, and achieve the teaching mode, teaching modeof optimizing transformations. Two development of teaching mainly has two broad sense and narrowsense, the two development theory in the book, the representative views body two times the developmentof teaching for teachers and students. The author thinks, the main two times the development of teachingmaterials can be divided into two kinds, including teachers and students, teaching management, two timesthe development of a certain extent promote material editors review in the process of compiling teachingmaterial view, at the same time the teacher in the classroom teaching with increased interaction betweenstudents. The theory of constructivism learning and the two developments of teaching materials on thebasis of the understanding, combining with my own three years of high school teachers’ experience, theauthor tries to develop two times from empirical study materials.First of all, teacher questionnaire consists of two parts, that is teachers’ basic informationand understanding of the teachers to two times the development of teaching materials, the main reason forthe two development, the main purpose of the two development, there are two development mainly on thebasis of the two development. The student questionnaire content mainly includes the students use thefrequency of the textbook, the students the way to obtain the knowledge, the teacher lectures, formof evaluation.Secondly, conducted a questionnaire survey of nearly100chemistry teachers in Shangqiu city Aschool, B School of the two high schools and200students,and some of his colleagues and studentsconducted random interviews.Finally, statistical analysis of the questionnaire data analysis, there are two problems inthe development of teaching materials, the teachers in the two main problems existing in the developmentof teaching materials, teaching materials are as follows:1、 twodevelopment conceptoffuzzy, notunderstanding, the understanding should bestrengthened and specific;2、affected by the examination oriented education, considered the most is the student educationaldemand;3、the lack of two development of teaching skills and ideas on teaching materials;4the "two development" do not attach importance to the role of students. Main problems for thestudents’ development in two textbooks: not aware of their own in the textbook "two development", todevelop two times is not active in the teaching materials, learning more passive, the use oftraditional learning style, difficult to get rid of the traditional concept of learning.On the basis of empirical research, according to the existing two development process inteaching, the author from the teachers, students, teaching management level, put forwardsuggestions to teacher training level, based on two times the development of teachingmaterials, the classroom teaching of teachers, the students of high school learning help.
