Since2006, with the driving of new curriculum reform, the teaching materials ofnew moral education for primary and secondary schools has been popularizedthroughout the country. As the main resources of carrying out moral education, theteaching materials has a close connection with teachers’ teaching and development.With the emerging of new curriculum and new teaching materials, it is inevitable tomake the new teaching ideas meet its needs. However, in order to change traditionalteaching concept and innovate moral education method, the front-line teachers shouldstart from their own development. They should actively deconstruct the new teachingmaterial, so as to innovate the teaching methods and improve the actual effect of moraleducation.This article first narrates the research purpose, significance, mentality and methodof this research, and then sets the connotation of the new teaching material. Based oncombing existing theories about the teaching material study, this thesis makes asystematic deconstruction of08textbooks published by People’s Education Press forjunior high school. This article is from the perspective of ideological and moralteachers’ own development, deconstructing new teaching materials of ideology andmoral lesson to have a comprehensive grasp of new teaching materials and seek newpaths through the deconstruction of teaching materials. The third part further expoundsthe theoretical foundation of the new teaching materials’ deconstruction. Teachers’deconstruction of the new teaching material is from the perspective of adapting to thenew curriculum notion, the new teaching idea and development of themselves. Themain point of deconstruction theory and constructivism theory guides the writing ofthis thesis. The fourth part of the thesis launches on the significance and effect of the deconstruction of the new teach material on moral teachers’ development, whichdialectically proves the realistic significance and effect of the deconstruction of thenew teach material on moral teachers’ development. Part Five launches on a systematicdeconstruction of08teaching materials published by People’s Education Press forjunior high school. It separately analyzes the teaching system, the content and themesof teaching material. This article also roundly analyzes the teaching material from thefollowing aspects: the openness of the arrangement of the examples, the realisticsetting of the content, the integrity of the theme. The deconstruction of new teachingmaterial is the moral teachers’ positive response to the new curriculum reform and thenew teaching material, thus it contributes to teachers’ development and requires ahigher development of moral teachers. Therefore, the sixth part puts forward strategiesand suggestion of teachers’ development under the dimension of the new teachingmaterial deconstruction. Meanwhile, on the basis of the new teaching materialdeconstruction, it provides a feasible theory and practice method for the frontlineteachers to adapt to the new curriculum and new teaching materials, to promoteteaching effect of moral education, and to obtain the value of their own development.
