Complete orthogonal support high level group, the main work is muscle rectus, standard and stable.Ordinary group of main work is triceps muscle, the rectus insufficient strength is far lower than the high level group, other muscles instead of, is a major cause of lead to make the action when instability.2. The high level group is the main power muscle rectus, assist other muscles, make the action is very stable.Group relies on the rectus and deltoid hairdo, after the rectus work less than a high level group, lack of rectus muscle strength endurance, lead to make the action when shaking and effort.3. In the static control Vincent difficulty movement, two groups of athletes left deltoid toe biggest doing work, but ordinary deltoid muscle strength is relatively high level group is poor, need triceps compensatory power.Lift a leg in the latter, the high level group glutes force strong, can lift the leg movement, the stable control after ordinary glutes strength is lower than the high level group, difficult to lift a leg stability after the completion of the action.4. Common methods of strength training, athletes in training of rectus muscles when the effect is not significant, such as static strength cannot meet the athletes training.Suggestions:1. In the training Angle support difficulty movement, should pay attention to strengthen the power of the rectus, and pay attention to the coordination on both sides of the muscle strength, avoid major muscle strength is higher than the other side muscle strength.2.
