By the technology of surface myoelectricity, this dissertation has studied the surface electromyography features of athletes’ eight pieces of muscles when they complete C477 that belongs to competitive aerobics’ s jumping and leaping movements of difficulty of group C, has analyzed muscle force’s the regulation and features of every stage of C477, and has provided evidence and reference value for improving the teaching quality of coaches, specifying the training methods for athletes, enhancing training efficiency, promoting athletes’ ability in every aspect, breaking through athletes’ weakness in training, and getting much better grades in competitions. The subjects of this study are four grade-one national competitive aerobics athletes who come from physical science institute in Harbin Normal University. By using ME-6000 EMG tester, we make myoelectricity test of C477 that belongs to jumping and leaping movements of difficulty of group C. By using Megawin software and synchronous video, we make data analysis on every stage of the whole movement, especially the average points of muscle discharges, trifoliate orange muscle points EMG value and contribution rate of muscles. After dealing with the collected original data of myoelectricity, we make statistical processing and analysis by using SPSS22.0 software. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, as for the eight pieces of muscles, quadriceps femoris’ average points of muscle discharges is the highest one, and then are gluteus maximus and gastrocnemius(after) at the stage of take-off. At the stage of take-off buffer and take-off extension, the right gluteus maximus, quadriceps femoris and gastrocnemius’ force is bigger than the left ones, and the force of oblique external abdominis, rectus abdominis and erector spinae on waist is not obvious. The contribution rate of quadriceps femoris is the biggest one, and then are gluteus maximus and gastrocnemius(after).Secondly, at the stage of flight, the average points of muscle discharges of luteus maximus obviously increased. At the stage of the swivel 180 pike jump, the left rectus abdominis and erector spinae’s average points of muscle discharges are bigger than the right ones. And at this stage, as for the force of three pieces of muscles on lower limb, the right one is bigger than the left one. The force of the three pieces of muscles on waist at this stage is more obvious than that at take-off stage. The force of arm deltoid(middle) and biceps brachii decreases. The contribution rate of quadriceps femoris is the biggest one, and then is gastrocnemius(after).Thirdly, at the stage of landing, as for the average points of muscle discharges of three pieces of muscles on lower limb, the left one is higher than the right one, that’s to say, the left force is bigger than the right one, and this situation is fit for the deltoid on upper limb(middle) and biceps brachii. The force of the three pieces of muscles on waist decreases. The contribution rate of left quadriceps femoris is the biggest one, and then is the left deltoid(middle). The suggestions are as follows:Firstly, at the stage of take-off, the time of lower limb force should be accurate, in case of the situation of early turning and jump again turn. During the usual teaching training, it is supposed to strengthen the exercises of the cooperation of lower limb muscles and upper limb muscles when taking off and the force and explosive power of hip, which can effectively enhance the flight height at the stage of pre-jump and store enough energy for the stage of take-off and buffering.Secondly, because the force of waist muscle is obvious at the stage of flight, so we should promote exercises of the strength of waist muscle to strengthen the completed quality of the actions in air. During the usual teaching training, we should do more exercises of the strength of the core muscles on waist, such as sit-ups, back up(in the prone position, feet hold out against the ribs, two arms lift on, raise head, straighten back, make body backward uplift, and so on. Lumbar muscle play a key role for athletes, especially when the athletes jump or rotate body during the whole process of completing all of the actions. If the athletes want to show more excellent aerobics movements, especially some unique performance of high difficulty, they’d better do special training for lumbar muscle and make it into effect.Thirdly, at the stage of landing, it needs cooperate force of upper limbs and lower limbs, which can support and stabilize the whole body. So more exercises of push-ups and upper limb strength are needed during the training.Fourthly, in order to complete C477 in high quality and avoid injury, we need harmonious cooperation of the whole muscles, and we also need exercises of musclesstrength, including deltoid muscle, rectus abdominis, external oblique abdominal muscle, gluteus maximus, femoral head four muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, and so on to improve the harmony and synchronism among the muscles.Fifthly, because the athletes need to show the most excellent performance in the sports fields when they turn quickly or stand, so they should strengthen the control of body posture and the exercises of knees and ankle joints when they complete the difficult movements of C477. At the same time, we must pay more attention to the training of some small joints. As we know, it is the training of every part noticed comprehensively by the athletes during the usual training that makes the athletes keep the best state in the competition.
