Educational research must resolve question of reality. Facing to numerous interior problems ofeducation caused by externalities,educators should pay attention to how to understand and practiseeducation under the control of education.The research chooses two educators---Tao Xingzhi andSukhomlinskii as research object who have highly influence to educational practice and common teachersof China,trying to provide resources and thinking method to the thinking of how to understand andpracticse education from the approach of exploring and researching how the educational thoughts withwide range of positive influence produces. So,the research importantly analyze and compare formingreasons of the two educators’ thoughts from the perspective of reducibility.The second,third and fourth part is the core of the research which compare and explore theproducing reasons of the two educators is the core of this research.Finally,the research form somereflections.The second part,compare the educational thoughts characteristics and its cognitive preconditionof the two educators.To make it clear that how the thoughts of the two educators produce,the research needdepend on existing phenomenon to reasoning producing reason.The existing phenomenon is the formededucation thoughts of the two educators,while its most closely reason is special perceive to “education”“person”“world”.The former caused by the latter one.In this research,the result of the two educators’education thoughts includes two parts:content and characteristics.The former one will be appeared in theprocess of narrating the two educators’ basic condition.The latter on is in the comparison of producingcause.The third part,this part will compare self-actualization in the process of teaching of them and producing reasons of their personality.In the past research,the main efforts dominated on their educationalworks to explore thoughts of their’s,while the research is aimed at their living to explore thoughts. Thedifferent effects of internal and external exchange produced different understand to externalworld,behavior,and thoughts.So,external world is cause and internal world is seed.After the exploring oftheir thoughts’cognitive precondition,the research is to explore self-actualization and producing reasons oftheir personality in the process of teaching and the difference of internal world,external world and itsmutual influential effects.The fourth part,compare the reasons why their educational thoughts had changed after workingon teaching.After working on teaching,their educational thoughts possess most diversities.Facing tointernal and external problems of the nation,Tao’s thought became to change and finally formed lifeeducation theory.While Sukhomlinskii lived in a rather stable internal national environment,so whosethoughts pay more attention to educatee’s development in a comprehensive manner.According to analysis,the research concludes that: firstly,the two educators possess similarpersonality which is the attention on “person”.Meanwhile,similar personality promotes the two be thesimilar behaviors--pursuit of truth,hard work,and thinking.Secondly,in the process of educational thoughtschange after working on teaching,national conditions provide reality environment to their personalitychange. The two’s subjective activity must concentrate on the core issue so that their thoughts and practiceafter teaching have changed,appearing obvious era characteristics and different characteristics.Thirdly,theyare born with this kind of personality which like seed hide in the body,while the two people’s childhoodexperience enhanced the power of seed which grow and develop immediately as soon as encounteropportunity.
