High efficiency is the goal of every industry, people’s teacher is no exception. Teachers pursuehigh efficiency is to achieve high-quality classroom teaching goals. How to build effective classroomeducators never study. Build efficient classroom, is to use as little time, minimal investment to get themaximum effectiveness of teaching learning activities, so as to achieve the purpose of improving thequality of teaching. Pay Attention to the new curriculum reform in order to create the conditions foreffective classroom provides. Thus, following the pace of the new curriculum, some have takenadvantage of efficient classroom teaching and students. However, a few years ago in several high-riseclassroom teaching mode, almost no mention of multimedia applications. Multimedia seems doomed, and" high-class" missed. Multimedia technology has many advantages in the classroom, to be truly efficient,high quality teaching to complete the task, to achieve teaching objectives, and promote the overalldevelopment of students and efficient, the role of media can not be ignored. Multimedia how, under "highclass" to better play its advantages, is a subject of long-term needs of the majority of educators to explore,we still need to continue to explore the curriculum in teaching practice.This study used a sample survey to understand the current situation Shangqiu use of multimediatechnology in teaching high school chemistry class in the. Through the survey we found that mostsecondary schools already have a hardware-based multimedia assisted teaching, which was98.4%of theschools have been equipped with a computer room,94.6%the school building multimedia classrooms; mostsecondary school teachers have mastered the use of multimedia software infrastructure to support teaching,of which89.4%of the teachers can use the PPT courseware,26.3%of teachers can use Flash animationcourseware,8.9%of teachers can use voice editing software and other software to produce courseware;teachers recognized from the concept of multimedia technology in the classroom role,92.2%of teachersthink that the use of multimedia to improve the students’ lectures enthusiasm.Based on the understanding of the status quo, this study uses a literature study, empirical study,comparing the experimental method, discusses the principles and strategies to build effective classroomunder the perspective of multimedia assisted teaching chemistry classroom. Through the study found, multimedia classroom teaching secondary school chemistry classroom can improve efficiency, especially inthe field of micro-performance effect is very prominent; multimedia teaching secondary school chemistrycurriculum in favor of a new three-dimensional realization of goals, particularly in the emotional attitudesand values, the use of multimedia technology, which greatly improves the students’ interest in learningchemistry and self-learning ability.
