The development of information promotes the innovation of education, forexample, the increasing use of projector based modern equipment replaces thetraditional teaching tool and changes the traditional teaching form, which boosts thedevelopment of the diversification of teaching resources.Many experts in educationresearch pay more attention to how to use informationized teaching resources tomotivate learner’s interest in learning and to improve efficiency in classroom teaching.Micro-video has been a new concept in recent years, thus, how to combine it withteaching has been a new topic for education researchers.A5-minute micro-video shown as a kind of teaching resource in classroomteaching can form a content focused medium which is more beneficial for "teaching"and "learning". The most obvious characteristics are the fragmentation, visualization,simplification of contents. Teachers may establish a real physics situation by usingmicro-video teaching resources to make students actively participate in theconstruction of knowledge, to promote the improvement of knowledge and skills andto cultivate students’ active thinking and exploration, so that students can experiencethe process of acquiring knowledge, cultivate interest, and realize the value ofphysical science.This thesis focuses on how to apply micro-video resources to improve teachingefficiency in physics classroom, and there are six parts for the research contents:1, todefine teaching resources of micro-video and to find the theoretical foundation of itseffect on Physics teaching and to get a knowledge of the current situation ofinformationized education both in domestic and foreign countries by referring tomany papers.2, to survey the application of multi-media resources in physics teachingfor our province’s senior high school and to find questions of senior high teachersusing video resources.3, to summarize the way of access, the criteria of selecting, andthe processing of micro-video resources and to sort out an effective approach todevelop micro-video teaching resources.4, to analyze the specific role of micro-videoresources in classroom teaching and to give some recommendations for theapplication of them in senior high school.5, to analyze the specific effect ofmicro-video on classroom teaching by a case teaching design that micro-video assistsphysical teaching.6, to survey the effect of micro-video assisted physics classroom teaching on students through teaching practice, both from the short-term teachingeffect and from long-term teaching effect.This thesis provides specific guidances for the application of micro-video in thehigh school physics classroom teaching, and the research results can providereference for the development and application of the micro-video teaching resources.
