Mathematics knowledge contains network structural feature, namely the mathematical concepts, definitions, proofs, algorithms, laws and theories, etc. with a strong intrinsic link between them. This contact some are linear, some are nonlinear gridded. Concept map is a tool to support student learning in education developed countries. It forms an intuitive and image to characterize mathematical knowledge and mathematical concepts, effectively rendering the occurrence and development related knowledge among the students thinking and guide students for meaningful mathematics knowledge construction. In high school mathematics learning, learning to use a mesh-type to appear mathematical knowledge in the form of icons will better able to characterize and reflect linkages between mathematical contents, and help students learn mathematics.On the basis of research literature on the concept of graph theory and other modern pedagogy, psychology theory, the use of comparative research, interviews and case+reflection methods, and case studies from two aspects, one is in the traditional learning model, characterized by differences that exist between students. Second, in the concept map learning, student learning in mathematics problems presented differences.Studies shows that:1. students study in normal mode, the different of characterization of forms of knowledge are bigger than the students study in concept map mode, and also found that students with outstanding results presented in the form of knowledge is a schema, Description Schema theory for student learning is helpful; while in the concept map learning mode, differences between students’ mathematics learning is small and the small differences between the presented knowledge.2, showing an overall concept, structured visual representation characteristics provide learners a structured learning space; concept maps can help students learn content preparation, study, review and reflection; concept maps can help learners to recall their own learning process.The research shows that under the concept map pattern based on student learning advantages:better system to help students learn; better able to stimulate students’learning initiative; better promote meaningful learning; better improve students’logical thinking ability and the ability to reflect. Meanwhile, it is on the student learning characteristics, there are some limitations with the production concept map software on mathematics learning content. The conclusion that teachers should encourage students’ interest in learning mathematics, while the use of concept maps, inspire motivation in mathematics learning, and should allow individual student composition, to achieve their learning in mathematics a breakthrough; students drawn concept map, should allow students to their first self-assessment and peer assessment between students and students.
