Taking the teaching experience in cadre education of Chinese People’sAnti-Japanese Military and Politica1University (CPAMPU) as the object of this study,the paper mainly uses historical research method, literature research method andtheoretical approach, etc.It mainly consists of three parts:(1) CPAMPU’s creating background.(2) Thecourse of CPAMPU’s development which can be divided into four period includingtough starting-up, development and expanding, running ambulatory school andrectifying and standardizing.(3) The teaching experience of cadre education whichcontains teaching objectives, principles, contents, methods, management and theconstruction of teaching staff. The main teaching goal in the cadre education isestablishing a firm and correct political orientation, developing work hard andperseveringly working style; learning and neatly using the strategy and tactics oflong-term resistance in the war. The characteristic teaching principles in the cadreeducation is the combine of teaching theory and practice; teaching principle of fewerbut better; the uniting of education and productive labor. The main course in the cadreeducation is the political, military and cultural curriculum. The typical teaching methodin the cadre education is heuristic teaching, research teaching, experimental teachingand so on. In addition, in teaching management and construction of teaching staff, thecadre education of CPAMPU also has formed rich experience with era characteristics.The main conclusions of this study are:(1) In the violent revolution and warenvironment, the cadre education of CPAMPU has accumulated the very distinctive era,military and historical characteristics of teaching experience.(2) In the point of view ofthe historical review and the summary of historical experience, the teaching experience of CPAMPU’s cadre education owns not only a complete system and rich content, butalso the obvious method and effect.(3) CPAMPU has trained a large number ofoutstanding cadres for China’s national revolution and the war of liberation, thatstrongly proved its teaching experience’s historical value.(4) The rich teachingexperience of CPAMPU’s cadre education can provide an important historical resourceand reference for China’s cadre education and adult education today which is also theextremely important practical value to research and sublate the teaching experience ofcadre education.The innovation of this article is that it carries out a relatively comprehensive andsystematic study of the teaching experience of CPAMPU’s cadre education whichcompared with other research results of similar themes or problems, this paper has madeprogress in the ownership of literature especially in the first-hand literature’s collection,research and other aspects. Because the limited of time, effort and research ability, italso has some shortage. Many questions especially questions on the analysis andsummary of system characteristics of teaching experience in the CPAMPU’s cadreeducation and related experience are not enough.
