When the Chinese Red Army arrived in the northern Shaanbeithrough hard long march in October 1935, the domestic politicalsituation had changed a lot. Due to the invasion of the Japaneseimperialism, the principal contradiction of our society is thenational contradiction between the Chinese people and theJapanese imperialism. The CPC central committee made a decisionof cultivating a large number of cadres immediately to welcome thecoming of the Anti-Japanese War, and established the ChinesePeople’s Anti-Japanese Red Army University at Wayaobao in June1936. In January 1937, the Red Army moved to Yanan and named theChinese People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University(alsoabbreviated“Kangda”). Kangda (general school) set up eight termsfrom June 1936 to August 1945 and cultivated more than 29000people. In addition, to strength the education of cultivating cadres,Kangda established 14 schools in the Anti-Japanese bases areasbehind enemy lines except total school. Kangda has trained morethan hundred thousand military and political cadres for Chineserevolution for nine years, and made an important contribution forAnti-Japanese war, war of Liberation and the development of Chinese socialist enterprise after new China.Kangda paid more attention to the students’moral education andmade it penetrate on every levels and corners of life, and changedtheir practical actions. The results of the education are strongrevolutionary beliefs, fighting bravely against the enemy and finetradition of plain living and hard work. The author made moreresearch for moral education of Kangda and provided a reference tomoral construction of our new society.The main part of the thesis can be divided into two parts. The firstpart is on the basis of introducing Kangda basic information, andthen analysis the background of Kangda moral education, andfurther include the main content of Kangda moral education,include communism idea education,Collectivism education, labor education, discipline education, plainliving and hard work. On the basis, the thesis explores the methodsto put Kangda moral education into effect and achieve the expectedpurpose. For example, reason education, model education, feelingedify, actual exercise, self-education. The second part is aboutobjective evaluation of Kangda moral education. The content andmethod of Kangda moral education corresponds with the law ofmoral education. It makes more scientific and practical. It graspsthe contemporary characteristic, attach importance to permeationof moral education, strength the combination of education andproduction, and make profound historical and realistic significancefor cultivating large number of excellent cadres.
