In2007, the general secretary of PRC has said to therepresentatives of excellent teachers on the symposium,“please teach withpeaceful heart and great concentration”1. This is the sincere expectations for theteachers all around the country. However, for the educational scholars, it meansthat the occupational attitude of teachers has been paid high attention bynational leaders, and it indicates that the problem is serious.In1980s, theresearch of occupation burnout stepped into a new stage and the research objectand scope to further expand with the academic promotion from American socialpsychologist Thomas Rudge and other researchers.The study also began toextend to the field of education, the researchers found, That the occupationburnout has become a prominent problem of education in the world. theconstruction of occupation burnout on physical and mental health of teachers,teaching quality and the teacher has faced a great threat, which caused greatnegative impacts on the development of teachers and students. In the20yearsafter that, teachers as a special service industry, has become the focus ofattention. While The core teachers as the backbone of primary schoolteachers,they are not only the main force to promote China’s basic educationreform and development, and the core of the school development. The quantityand the quality of them are reflecting the overall level of teachers.Through thesurvey, this study had found that some core teachers’ occupational burnout wasbreeding with their growth of age. Their passion of teach has decreased and their development prospect has blurred; they lacked motivation of development andtheir career began to stagnate and retrogress.This problem has block effects onthe development of education, hindered the reform of teacher’s professionaldevelopment and education.Therefore, to solve the problem of occupationburnout of primary school teachers is conducive to the healthy development ofbasic education, the innovation of teaching method, and the cultivation of youngteachers. With the research of the backbone teachers’ occupational burnout ofXinjin No.1primary school, this paper tries to find out the subjective andobjective reasons of primary school teachers and their rules and characteristics,in order to seek effective measures to solve the primary school teachers’occupational burnout.
