“China Dream” is the most popular word at present. Education plays a veryimportant role in realizing China Dream and the great rejuvenation of China. Without adoubt, classroom is always the principal battleground for school education no matter inthe past, at present or in the near future. With the trend of curriculum reform, thechemical classroom of senior high school has changed gradually; all teachers workingat the first line of teaching pay more attention to effectiveness of class education andregulation of teaching actions. As for the chemical class, we can see that there are morechemical experiments, students have more time for independent study and there aremore interactions between teachers and students, and so on. When seeing thesedelightful changes, we also find that advanced theories are disjointed from actualteaching actions to an extent and the class with cooperative learning seems to be livelybut is actually very chaotic and we also find other problems in the chemical class ofsenior high school. Therefore, effective skills for the regulation of teaching actions inthe chemical class of senior high school have become the concerned and researchedsubject by more and more people.The paper is divided into6parts, wherein problems are put forward in Part I;current stations of domestic and foreign researches on teaching behaviors are analyzedand the domestic researches on the chemical teaching behaviors are especiallyanalyzed through reading a lot of materials in Part II; as for Part III, problems inregulation of teaching behaviors are found out in the chemical class of senior highschool and causes are analyzed in combination with theory and practice; in Part IV,the regulation of teaching behaviors in the chemical class of senior high school isdesigned and research methods are drawn up in a targeted way; implementation stageis described in Part V, wherein regulation skills for absent-minded students, teachingcontents, half-hearted students’ behaviors and humorous languages in the chemical class are respectively researched; in the last part, conclusions are reached aiming at theimplementation situations and some reflections are brought.In the paper, effective regulation strategies under four situations are put forwardthrough the research on effective skills of the regulation of teaching actions in thechemical class of senior high school. It is expected to provide some references tochemical teachers of senior high schools for the class regulation and give my pygmyeffort for the realization of New Curriculum Objectives.
