According to the requirements of the training in teaching skills among chemical normal students, this paper analyzes learning needs and cognitive level of chemical normal students and find the problems to be solved in training combined with normal students in the past. This paper deigns several of micro course which has instructional content to improve the teaching skills of chemical normal students. In the design and implementation of micro course process, this paper designs learning resources before classes. This paper is based on the four stages of Kolb experiential learning, and the activities of teachers and students are subjoined into the learning model for improving the experiential learning process in other elements and changing the order of appearance between the elements, in order to form a new experiential learning model which is suitable for chemical micro-teaching.In this model, it is designed around a series of micro-skills classes to explain and promote the comprehensive of chemical normal students, at the same time, improve the teching skills with the help of the guiding ideology.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part:introduction. It contains the background, research purpose, research significance,research method and research design based on the designing of micro course.The second part:literature review and theory. It summarizes the present research situation of micro-teaching, micro course and experiential learning. This paper defines the the theory and related concepts.The third part:the theory construction of designing to micro course in chemical microteaching. It shows the inspection theory, the basic principles and the theoretical model.The fourth part:the practice of designing to micro course in chemical microteaching. It shows the feasibility, process and evaluation of micro course in chemical microteaching.The fifih part:the application of designing to micro course in chemical microteaching. It lists the desigening objectives, designing contents, implementation and designing reflection of ten skills.The sixth part:conclusion and prospect. It lists the conclusion of the paper, the application of designing to micro course in chemical microteaching.
