| After experiencing the same negative event, due to its stable negative cognitive processing characteristics, individuals who are more prone to depression are called Cognitive vulnerability to depression. For a long time, how to prevent this group from developing into depression has been an issue of great concern in academic and clinical circles.Negative attention bias is a key factor in the generation and maintenance of depression. It is particularly important to improve the negative attention bias of people who are susceptible to depression.Previous studies have shown that emotional cognitive regulation strategies can alleviate the negative attention bias of depressed individuals, but this method has not yet improved their attention bias characteristics.Reach a consensus. In addition, the research on attention bias of positive emotional information in the Cognitive vulnerability to depression is still insufficient, and the effect of emotional cognitive adjustment strategies on the attention of positive emotional information has not yet been clear. Therefore, from a positive perspective, this research focuses on positive reassessment,an adaptive emotion regulation strategy, and conducts an in-depth study of the emotional attention bias of cognitively susceptible depression patients with a top-down strategy processing method to clarify their emotions.Pay attention to the characteristics of bias and clarify the specific components, and at the same time actively re-evaluate the influence of different levels of consciousness on their emotional characteristics and attention bias.In order to improve the negative cognitive biases of the Cognitive vulnerability to depression, and to provide evidence and suggestions for improving the treatment of positive affective deficits in depression.Research 1 uses 2(Group: cognitive susceptibility to depression, cognitive susceptibility to non-depression)× 2(Clues consistency: consistent clues, inconsistent clues)× 2(Emotional word types: negative-neutral,positive-neutral).A three-factor mixed experimental design, using the improved emotional word point detection paradigm to explore the attention bias and mechanism of negative and positive emotional stimuli of the cognitive vulnerability to depression. The results showed that:(1)The depressive cognitive susceptibility group had faster than inconsistent responses to negative emotion words, and the negative attention bias score was greater than zero. The specific component of negative attention bias was the difficulty in disengaging.(2)The non-depressive cognitive susceptibility group has faster than inconsistent responses to positive emotion words, and the positive attention bias score is greater than zero. The specific component of attention bias to positive information is facilitated attention.(3)For positive emotional information, there is no significant difference in attention bias score between the two groups.Positive emotional information can attract the attention of cognitively susceptible depression.Research 2 starts from the perspective of conscious(experiment a directly presents positive reappraisal instructions)and unconscious(experiment b sentence sorting task),initiates the emotion regulation strategy of positive reappraisal, and conducts emotion word point detection experiments after watching negative emotion pictures,To explore the influence of positive reassessment on the emotional attention bias of college students who are cognitive vulnerability to depression.Experiment a uses a three-factor mixture of 2(group: Conscious positive reappraisal group, conscious control group)× 2(cue consistency: consistent, inconsistent)× 2(emotional word type: negative-neutral,positive-neutral)The experimental design results show that:(1)Compared with the conscious control group, the Conscious positive reappraisal group has significantly reduced the emotional intensity experience of negative pictures and increased the current emotional valence, indicating that the Conscious positive reappraisal strategy has a positive effect on negative emotions.Good regulation effect;on the contrary, after the emotion is activated, the negative emotion of the conscious control group is significantly higher than that of the conscious positive reassessment group.(2)After consciously positive reassessment, people who are susceptible to depression have a positive attention bias score significantly greater than 0,and there is a positive attention bias, the specific component is facilitated attention;the negative attention bias score is significantly less than 0,resulting in attention avoidance, indicating Consciously positive reassessment can improve their negative attention bias and shift their attention to positive information. After viewing negative pictures in the control group, the negative attention bias score was significantly greater than 0,and there was a negative attention bias characterized by difficulty in disengaging;Experiment b uses a three-factor mixture of 2(group: Unconscious positive reappraisal group, unconscious control group)× 2(cue consistency: consistent, inconsistent)× 2(emotional word type: negative-neutral,positive-neutral)The experimental design results show that:(1)The Unconscious positive reappraisal significantly reduces the emotional intensity experience of negative pictures and improves the current emotional valence;the unconscious control group has significantly more negative emotions than the Unconscious positive reappraisal group due to emotional activation high.(2)In the Unconscious positive reappraisal group, the positive and negative attention bias scores and the attention components are not significant compared with 0,indicating that there is no attention bias and prompting the shift of attention to neutral information. However, the negative attention bias score of the unconscious control group was significantly greater than 0,and negative attention bias appeared, which was manifested as difficulty in disengaging.Based on the above research, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The cognitive vulnerability to depression have negative attention bias characterized by difficulty in relief.Non-depressive cognitively susceptible persons have positive attention bias characterized by facilitated attention. And the cognitive vulnerability to depression does not have a lack of attention to positive emotional stimuli.(2)Both conscious and Unconscious positive reappraisal of emotion regulation strategies can effectively regulate the negative emotion experience of the cognitive vulnerability to depression.Consciously positive reassessment can improve the negative attention bias of the cognitive vulnerability to depression, cause attention avoidance, and produce positive attention bias that is manifested as facilitated attention.Unconscious positive reassessment only eliminates the emotional attention bias of the cognitive vulnerability to depression. For the cognitive vulnerability to depression,a conscious and positive reassessment is better. |
