With the growing competition of society, a lot of people choose to pay more attention to theirchildren’s enlightenment education. The biggest responsibility of primary school teacher is givingenlightenment education to the students. Besides this, the innovation of education management system is oneof the reasons for increasing pressure on primary school teachers.In this paper,the author takes the primary school named Ci Ji in JinTang HanTan as an example toresearch some teachers in it. This article used the knowledge including the education management, socialpsychology and statistics, etc. Through to analyze the data of many interviews and Historical materials, theauthor mastered the situation about the pressure of this school’s teacher. The purpose of this article is to findout the reasons for that why the primary teacher in this school would have so much pressure. Only do this, thesociety, education administrative institutions and school administrators would understand the problem ofteachers’ working better.The studies have shown that the problem of teachers’ working pressure is universal.In Jintang Han TanCi Ji primary school. Many indicators of working pressure problem were higher than others. The influenceof working pressure has three points. Firstly, Work pressure against teachers’ physical and mental health andobstacle the stability development of teacher’s professional ability. Secondly, the pressure reduce the workingof students’ learning and hinder the growth of students personality. Third, the loss of teachers restricts thedevelopment of county education career.The reasons of work pressure on the young teachers in Jintang Han Tan Ci Ji primary school includingthe region root, social root, work root and teachers’ personal factors. In terms of regional roots, the economicdevelopment is relatively slow in Jin Tang, lead to the slow development of education idea; Besides, countyschool teachers’ work burden is so heavy that they want look for anther job. In terms of social root, countyteacher’s effort and reward is out of proportion, the new county young teachers often need to bear a lot ofpressure. In terms of the work itself, much of the role of the teachers’ work characteristic, the concealment ofthe teachers’ labor value, hysteresis characteristics, teacher group with relative social alienation. In terms ofteachers’ personal factors, the working self perception, personality characteristics, knowledge structure andability accomplishment is the cause of job stress.This study argues that to solve the problem of teachers’ work pressure can start from various aspects. Tostart with, education management departments should establish effective social support networks, moderatelyimprove the county teachers’ wages, provide support for teachers’ professional development. Then, schools should carry out democratic management, form a good external environment, use of incentive mechanism toimprove teachers’ accomplishment. Finally, teachers’ individual should improve their own quality, to establishharmonious interpersonal relationships and set up the idea named "in life for this" to improve their enthusiasmfor the work.
