With the deepening of high education reform , the requirement for colleng and university teachers' increasing is growing higher and higher, the teachers' work pressure and stress is growing higher and higher also. Currently, young teachers have become a major force of colleng and university teachers. However, teaching, scientific research, higher degree, promotion, marriage, employment reform and performance evaluation all add to their pressure. As a result, many of them live under great stress and anxiety, tired of their profession. Accordingly, the author proposes the project of stress management of colleng and university teachers.Taking N university as example, employing stress management theory, the paper analyzes the stress manifestation and influence of young colleng and university teachers and the stress management measures that the school takes. After the analysis, the paper points out the deficiency of the current stress management and put forward practical innovation strategy. The paper consists of three chapters:Chapter 1 explains the connotation and definition of stress management, the concepts of stress, stress sources, the inner mechanism of stress, management theory of stress and performance, and carrys out the significance for the stress management of colleng and university teachers.Chapter 2 conducts a case study on the stress management of young teachers of N university through questionnaire and interview. The study points out 3 problems in the school's stress management: insufficient evaluations and training; insufficient measures to relieve teachers' stress; insufficient communication and consultation channels.Based on previous chapters, chapter 3 explores on how to conduct stress management on young teachers of colleng and university teachers and proposes suggestions to relieve stress for young teachers: to keep the idea of stress management; to establish long-term system for stress management; and optimize the measures for stress management.
