Guide for3-6year’s old children in learning and developing(short for Guide) was established by Ministry of Education of China in September,2012, in which it specially mentioned that great importance should be paid to children’s learning quality. As we can see that much attention has been paid. However, there is less research and literature on studying and cultivating children’s learning quality. Apart from that, children are not observed or diagnosed in kindergarten activities. Most of researches on children’s learning quality have only stayed in studying theory instead of studying from practice.This research has defined the learning quality as:a stable, comprehens ive psychological tendency and characteristics and individual difference for med, developed and showed by kids in various activities. It has four dime nsions:①emotion dimension(initiation, persistence)②cognitive dimension (focus, independence, inquiry)③creative dimension(imagination, creativity)④social dimension(cooperation).In this thesis, it analyzes how to observe and cultivate learning quality from children’s learning activities. First of all, use quantitive statistics and observation method to get know the present situation of children’s learning quality in kindergarten and summarize the learning quality characteristics of different age groups, and also analyses the reasons and causes of children’s bad behavior. Then, use various group intervention methods in class who gets the lowest score. Meanwhile, choose four kids who get the lowest scores from each dimension and study them for half a year by using case study method and improve their learning quality in a certain dimension by using various intervention methods in group teaching, individual study and exploring thesis activities. At last, compare with results to get the conclusion that all the children and the four kids in each dimension have made obvious progress.Conclusion:as long as teachers pay enough attention to cultivate children’s learning quality by giving proper advice and intervention, children’s learning quality will be improved and reinforced continually. At the same time, in order to improve the universality and scientificalness of the research, we should improve the accuracy and efficiency of the study and choose different types kindergarten as samples. I hope this conclusion will offer help to researchers and teachers who cares about children’s learning quality.
