Early childhood is a fast developing period of children’s intelligence, kindergarten’s education quality affects children’s intellectual development, the quality of kindergarten’s education is the core variable for process quality of kindergarten’s education. Therefore, to explore the influence extent and key factors of process quality of kindergarten’s education for children’s intellectual development, this article has carried a measurement and assessment on the process quality of kindergarten’s education and early childhood intellectual development.First of all, this article analyzes the basic status quo of kindergarten’s education quality and children’s intellectual development in early childhood. The result finds that the process quality of kindergarten’s education in Zhejiang province from high to low in turn are child care, group teaching, guidance and interaction, lesson plans, language and reasoning, and games. The top five best quality programs of specific project from high to low in turn are safety, emotional support, arriving at the garden and leaving, health, and daily communication. While five of the worst quality are books and reading, sand and water playing, natural/scientific games, role play games and music rhythm games. The analysis of basic situation of children’s intelligence level finds that in different gender、class nature、kindergarten level and nature of kindergarten of preschool children’s intelligence level mode in Zhejiang province is consistent, all located in level3, which shows that pre-school children’s intelligence level belongs to moderate in Zhejiang province. children’s intelligence levels in different gender、class nature、kindergarten level、nature of kindergarten and district are both in the lowest fifth hysteresis, the highest level of first grade excellence.Secondly, through comparing difference of children’s education process quality in different properties of kindergartens, it finds that the process quality of kindergarten’s education in Zhejiang province is significantly different between public and private kindergartens. The quality of public kindergartens’"child care","lesson plans and implementation","group teaching","games","language and reason", and "guidance and interaction" are significantly better than private kindergartens.Thirdly, comparing the differences of children’s education process quality between preschools in urban and rural areas, there are significantly differences. The quality of urban kindergartens’"child care","lesson plans and implementation","group teaching","games","language and reason", and "guidance and interaction" is better than rural kindergartens.Fourthly, the relativity analysis of the process quality of kindergarten’s education and children’s intellectual level shows that process quality of kindergarten’s education is significant correlation with children’s intellectual level. Children’s language, cognitive, and social cognitive level is obviously related to child care, lesson plans and implementation, group teaching, games, language and reason, and guidance and interaction from the teachers. However, the correlation between the game activity quality and young children’s language development level is not high; the quality of group teaching activities relevant to young children’s social cognitive development level is not high.
